"The worst experience of my life !!! THEY HAVE RUINED ME FROM A MATERIAL AND HEALTHY POINT OF VIEW!!!!"
I am a simple person, I have always worked honestly but I swear to you that such a thing I did not think could exist. I bought Amazon's garbage (when I say garbage, believe me it's garbage) I don't understand how such a thing can exist !!! If you have time please read my story!!!
It all started on March 31, 2020 when I lost my permanent job for Whirlpool after 20 years of work, I have 3 daughters my wife does not work because she lost her job when she got pregnant with our third daughter. We lived very badly because I could not find a job with this damn Covid but we lived with 600 euros a month of unemployment, at one point the situation was very difficult and so I told myself to open an online business on my own looking I found this B stock, I was impressed !! It seemed to me the deal of the century !!! products for a value of 70000 euros I bought it with only 7000 euros !!! Waw !! Waw !!! I immediately went to an accountant and opened my VAT number !! I took the money from my mother's account and bought goods for a total of 49000 euros, I spent all my mother's money + 7000 euro early unemployment + 5000 euro from my sister. With all this money I rented a warehouse for € 1300 a month, I bought a forklift for € 3500 which was then stolen from me.Then I bought another forklift always at 3500 euros which arrived at the moment I had to unload the truck that was to arrive from Slovakia, the truck driver can confirm everything he was when the van arrived with the new forklift. Surely these are things that do not interest you and I apologize for this story !! So my business started 02/22/2021 and ended 06/30/2021 . I made 8 orders with B STOCK for a value of 49,000 euros !!! after making the payment I saw the reviews on trustpilot I was very bad I went to the emergency room I had 220/140 of pressure they told me I was at risk of heart attack, I told them everything they sedated me because the more I told them the more I was sick !! I talked to the guys from Bstock that I wanted my money back and I wanted to cancel all orders, they told me it's not possible, then later they told me I have to wait too long to get my money, I read here about people who don't they received their money back and not even the goods so I took a risk and told them to send me the goods because I did not know what to do, the first shipment paid 7000 euros for goods worth 70000 euros arrived !!! I opened a single platform and found only and only garbage. I haven't opened anything anymore I was too bad !!! So I immediately talked to the guys from Bstock to cancel everything they told me that by now it is too late for 2 loads one from Spain paid 11,557.50 for a value of 50,000 euros I write and I realize how naive I can be 11,557.50 for goods that according to them it is worth 50,000 in detail, this was really garbage that arrived from Spain, then later they made me pay 3000 euros for a shipment that arrived from Slovakia which according to them I did not accept (I never signed anything) the shipment never arrived in Italy , but I agreed to accept anything just to get a part of my money back. In a nutshell I accepted 3 loads one for 7000, 11500 and another for 2700 euros that did not arrive all and they refunded me a part + 3000 for the transport of a load that has never arrived in Italy. I can tell you that I paid with all the new products of the cargo of 2700 euros to dispose of all the garbage to leave the warehouse.I can tell you that more than 30% of the stuff in these loads was missing and they told me I signed up but found nothing of value !!! How do you sell garbage to whom I had to sell that stuff !!! Please I destroyed my whole family's life with this thing !!! I am in a very serious state of depression surely I will not be there anymore !!! help my family it is not fair that they sell garbage and we have to pay for it !!!!!
1) Amazon makes a good impression selling garbage helps the environment and in addition earns with garbage (chapeau) you are great !!!
2) The retail price is exaggerated 50,000 euros for garbage does not exist does not have a value 20 TVs with broken screen have no value and they have put the highest price of the product that is sold on Amazon in detail but the price on Amazon it is discounted !!! I've never seen that price !!
3) Please if anyone wants to sue (a classaction) against all this fragatura !!!! They sell garbage so as not to dispose of it themselves.
4) Bezos make good use of my money so you become rich taking money from the poor !!!!

I have purchased 3 times from amazon.eu from the UK Once a driver opened up the pallets and told us what to do and was being rude other than that the other orders were good in my opinion amzon.eu is ok.

Costco is the worst hands down I won 2 auctions in 2 different states. The first was delivered with missing items and they only offer 20% refund even though I had not received what I had paid for. I did counted the items in the drivers presence and signed BOL noting what was missing. took pictures and submitted them. "These were big items so they could be counted easily"
Second order came with a different carrier 1 whole pallet was missing. Never has this happened in all my buying ob b stock. It has to be coscto never again!!!!

This company does not help customers. They are unfair and don't do their proper due diligence of their suppliers.

For the second time they canceled my order, one of them coming from America which already with the transport almost heading to the supplier's address, I was left with all the harm, for them it was as if nothing had happened, until for each canceled order by the supplier they receive a 5%. I let it pass, they took a while to return my money, there being no apology whatsoever.
Second time amazon decides to cancel my purchase and I see that this stock is in Hungary. This is a crime, if I won the bid, they cannot accept it and place the sale again. But as I've seen here in the comments and on other sites, it's a completely normal policy for this company. I've read complaints of threats by employees to customers for making complaints, mobile phones that were stolen and were offered for sale by this company, counterfeit product for sale, that is, a completely criminal conduct that we cannot as individuals in a society pass up in White.
But let's get back to my situation. After canceling my order, they haven't returned my money to this day, it's been more than four months and the excuses are endless.
Authentic theft, lack of respect, ethics and fraud are associated with this company that says we are not their customers, but negotiators, thinking that there is no legislation to combat them. But they are wrong!
Yes, there is legislation for all these crimes that are being stopped and the data policy that we accept, has nothing to do with these events that are a crime in the eyes of the law.
I want mine close to €3500 in my account.
And as you can see, it's no use deleting the comments on social networks because we always have a way to publicize your highly disapproving conduct.
Learn to work correctly if you don't want to go through these situations.

Worst experience,a rep name Sonja was the worst,she was not cooperative and website charginf $2000 for truckloads and paying $less than $500 to the freight companies,making profit on these truckloads,she was not very helpful

5+ year customer who has spent close to a million dollars with B-stock but no more. Accuracy of manifests a joke now. New claims process makes so B-stock can put the screws right to you and you cannot get any kind of refund. Again 5+ year customer but no more. today's load value-$23653....Missing over $9500...READ CLAIMS PROCESS CAREFULLY AS IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET THEIR B.S. CRITERIA

Do not buy from this company. They claim to have a worry free buyer protection program but they do not honor this. I had bid on a lot of purses that had a manifest that stated all new MK purses with tags and it had a manifest stating $3500 in goods. The purses I received were missing all of the tags and one was melted in a spot, another was supposed to be a $382 TH bag and it was a tiny leather wallet that was a knockoff. I filed a claim and they said that an insurance company would reach out to me within ten days. I never heard from that company and then Bstock said I had three days to respond to the insurance company and that my claim had been closed. My second lot was already won and on the way and it was supposed to be for grade a/b Costco vacuums which stated new returns in or out of box in working condition. The truck came with two pallets of completely disassembled vacuums thrown into fruit boxes. All of them were old, dirty and even had error codes noting “doesn’t suction” “sparks” “motor bad” etc. all 43 units were broken. I thought there had been a mistake because they do sell salvage lots and c/d grade lots. I asked for them to come pick them up and either offer a store credit to bid on another auction or a refund of the $2900 I paid including shipping. They told me I was out of luck because they don’t guarantee the condition of the items or accuracy of the description and they claimed the auction matches the description. I am not technical and am now stuck disposing of and paying to recycle 43 broken vacuums as none are resealable in this condition. They told me after the sale that these are the actual terms:
