Too many dishonesty when it comes to the real quality of products , then try getting things resolved due to description discrepancies with items received another nightmare. Overall I will still do business but will thread very carefully going forward ,

There is NO single protection for international buyers. And if you are unable to verify your package within 2 business days ( regardless of any wrongful action of the seller) you are out in the cold.
Even if there were shortages or substandard & inaccurate items shipped to you the buyer, bstock pays you no need nor attention and does nothing to the seller not even engaging them to make fair restitution.
In one of my numerous cases, my package is yet to be seen yet bstock and the seller are adamantly doing nothing and hiding behind "it's past 2 business days and the seller has been paid".
I really do not enjoy buying from bstock if I have to be honest. I'll be looking for an alternative platform.

My honest opinion bstock need to be more selective on own bstock auction seller..
I am not happy any item i bought form that sellers.. but others sears, Macy's and others are great!!

I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General. This company engages in fraud with it's sellers.

They deceive their customers with the descriptions. We have never had an order that matched what was in the auction. We have ordered from 3 different companies on B-Stock. If you submit a claim that something is missing or incorrect they will not fix it.

The worst company you can deal with. I bought an auction from them. Units was described as unlocked. One of the unit was locked. I filed a dispute, then I had to deal with Lauren Moffitt, who is supposed to solve my problem. After exchanging several Emails. She asked me the send the unit back. I sent the unit and still waiting for refund. Today she see me an email, the seller says that there is a PIN number on the unit.how? That the excuse now for not refund.

Everyone is leaving bad reviews because they don't want others to find out of the website.
