I didn't really have a problem just a general question which was answered easily but the person on the phone was super helpful with my weird shipping arrangements and sent notifications to there shippers of my odd hours of operation. Super helpful not worrying about deliveries when I'am not there.

This company deserve s hit because you can not described as anything more than they are despicable, deceitful, fraudulent people, scammers. Gang dressed as business. They not even deserve to have one star. people deserve to have a one start or a five start should to be first of all human being, in this company they should to deserve nothing but they deserve SSSShit. They steal people money and they have the excuse I apologize for the inconvenience and that there was not a better outcome I'm so sorry to hear about the damaged items. They thought doing business is to be scammer and good hustler.

Why I said that because I bought a load they market as A/B merchandise when I received it I got a garbage. The first thing I did before I do anything I contact then by email all my emails are saved plus their replied are saved. The only sentence they knew and learn ( I am sorry to hear that bla bla bla ) I am sure many people heard that from them like me. These people thought if they stealing people money they are hustlers and smarts. They don't know anything about ethics and principles of business. Stealing people's money is their one and only principle. Once I told them I received garbage should be thrown into the landfill. I am sorry I file a claim number bla bla bla. You need to file a dispute for that. I need someone just to tell me when I pay $2,313.01 for garbage and I need another let's say $1000 to dumpster the garbage that I pay money for. Why I have to file a dispute while everything is clear and I attached pictures for the garbage that I received from this scammer company. finally they sent me this email.

Another response after my response, as if you are blowing air into the air or interpreting water with water same message like you dealing with robot none of these people is human being.

This makes me laugh, I pay money to get garbage and trash then I have to have to pay more money to dumpster their garbage and their trash all above under sorry we can not help we apologize.

For me all above is under the pretext we apologize. Thank you for understanding, because things will not go as you thought.
I want to advise everyone before you folks before you unload your stuff make sure it is not garbage once you unload it it is yours and they with screws you up except you guys stay away from these despicable thieves.
I am sorry I forget that even these sharps words can not hurt them because they have no human sense nothing but fraud and being hustlers and scammers.
I knew after I share all these information with people there is nothing will happen because these thieves already got my money.
This is the second review for me and they removed the first one because they don't like it.

"Thousand Dollar Purchase is Complete Garbage"

We received a shipment for an auction we won from Essendant, one of the companies that sells on Bstock. The shipment originated from a location less than 10 miles from our warehouse. All pallets were barely shrink wrapped, majority of the boxes were open and 75% the items shipped were damaged/completely broken or missing, empty boxes. We have pictures, everything was noted on the BOL but we are getting the run around and have not gotten a single cent back. The dispute process is long, cumbersome and caters to the sellers. We are out of $$ and have trash that we cannot throw away until the dispute is resolved, which may or may not happen for months. We have lots of pictures and if there was a way to post them here we would.
