"I received a shipment that was completely wrong"

I called in because I received a shipment that was completely wrong and I spoke with Ananda and to be quite frank, She was AMAZING! She helped me through the situation and definitely put me at ease. I appreciate her patience and she is exemplary of what a customer service rep should be.

We have had issues with our ACH payments processing today. I called and Ananda took my call and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond to help contact the seller in hopes of them not cancelling our order because of this issue.
I do hope I can speak with her in the future if I have any additional issues.

I never write reviews but this customer service was exceptional. I couldn't of asked for a better person to talk to. I had a bunch of questions about the auctions i won and Ananda answered all of them. Spoke with Ananda today about getting some account issues square away and I must say this was the best customer service I've received in a while! She was understanding and went above and behind to make sure everything was fixed before ending the call. 5 star service!

Shipping is outrageous ? Besides shipping cost, I ask that an order be consolidated since it was at the same location and the same destination and it was separated to be charged double.

Not satisfied the way the dispute was handled. Took way to long for the dispute to be resolved and way too much leverage was given to the seller. The mediation process needs improvements

Which is why B-Stock gets a 3. Probably deserves better but no-one likes getting scammed.
The platform is good, a bit strange how you have to sign in separately to all the channels instead of having a central page. Check the feedback as some suppliers are not great.
