STAY FAR AWAY FROM EARTH CLASS MAIL!!! They used to be GREAT, but now are the exact opposite. Our company was a loyal 5+ year customer, but after multiple address changes, price changes and weak customer service, we finally made the difficult decision to move elsewhere (which was no small undertaking). We paid a termination fee which was supposed to include a ~6 month transition, but now they have advised us that they will NOT be scanning and forwarding our mail as was represented (when I login to the portal it now says "NO ACCESS" on some important 2024 tax documents. I previously LOVED these guys (and made numerous referrals), but ever since they merged with LegalZoom, things went downhill -- they just don't care. Caveat emptor.

"Absolutely abysmal, 10 yr veteran"
I'm not sure what happened but ECM has gone from fair to absolutely abysmal. I've used them for about 10 years and at this point they take over TWENTY days to process mail, or more. We have some that have been sitting there with an envelope image and no scan for FIFTEEN DAYS, that's on top of the time that it takes for the piece to show up on the system.
I am SERIOUSLY PEEVED that they took our business and our money and now we have to move our corporate address - do you all know what a HUGE problem and hassle it is to move your corporate address?

Company is a scam. Working with other websites to say they are shipping something then when package arrives, shipping already paid, they sent an email saying I needed to pay another $125 to release the package. Had to use cash or crypto. 100% SCAM do not use!

"I was a customer for about 6 years"
I was a customer for about 6 years, but just cancelled and this is my last month. The service was great for the first 3-4 years, under different management. But as of the last year, the service has fallen off a cliff. Based on the current level of service, the company is obviously struggling with management, employees, etc. The main problem is that the mail simply doesn’t get scanned in a reasonable amount of time. Today is September 18th, and I just got a piece of mail scanned in that was post marked August 28th. That’s three weeks since it was sent. If this was a one off, it’d be one thing but this happens routinely. Forget having bills sent there; you won’t have time to pay them before they are already late. Having checks deposited through them used to be the main reason I stayed, but the delay in processing has gotten so bad, it made it hard for my AR department to follow up with bills (checks will be sitting there for weeks unopened, looking like customers haven’t paid). It’s a shame really because when the service worked, it was amazing.

Service works well, for those without a permanent address or those traveling a lot. But their fees are absurd and they raise them frequently. Their latest affront was to charge me $50 to cancel my plan.
Avoid these scumbags at all costs.

Earth Class used to work flawlessly but something has gone very wrong and they have virtually no customer service. When they suddenly stopped accepting my mail, I searched without success for help. There was none! Do NOT recommend.

They send all your mail to Oregon and are in NO RUSH to get it to you. We use a NYC address, all mail is forwarded to Oregon for processing. Expecting something overnight? More like 5-7 business days or whenever ECM feels like getting it to you.

"Snake of a company"
Terrible experience. I set up a plan with 5 recipients, consisting of multiple businesses and personal addresses. Moved my life over to this address. Service worked decently well for a while. Then I was told I could no longer use my assigned address in Orlando... after I had forwarded all my mail to this address. Mail forwarding a second time is not an option, due to USPS limitations. They jerked me around brutally for months, with no resolution. I went directly to the partner at the recipient address, and they were willing to help replicate the service from Earth Class. Turns out, it was just a hard-ball negotiation technique with their partner at that location, where the customers were put in the middle. I pieced together my own solution, after much hair-pulling, after which I was miraculously given back my old address. Well, fast-forward a year later, and again they've notified me "ACTION REQUIRED" that they're taking away my address and giving me a new one! What a huge inconvenience. This is a crooked, rotten company and I encourage you to stay away.
