Great easy service! I'd recommend to anyone needing a virtual mailbox. Easy to sort through scans and shred, archive and ship or download and print if needed for a low monthly fee.

"An invaluable service for expats"
This a great US mail receiving/forwarding service for anybody living abroad or somebody otherwise trying to have a mailbox presence in one of many US cities. The service has lots of US addresses to choose from, and it has taken automation pretty much as far as the age-old snail mail/physical package business will allow. The messy and time consuming activities of handling the physical mail, scanning it, forwarding it and/or discarding it are all done by the service. The customer simply manages the incoming mail flow from his/her computer, it's almost as easy as handling email.
The service certainly has room for improvement. There is little control over junk mail, you can’t specify rules like “throw away all bulk mail”, “throw away all mail from sender x”, or “throw away all magazines”. There is an automated rules feature but it’s minimal, you can’t specify basic rules like “put all mail from sender x in folder x.” The machine detection of the sender of a piece of mail hardly ever finds a match (even for mail with neatly printed returned addresses,) most incoming mail end ups as labeled as “Unknown sender”. Sorting the inbox is very limited, you can’t sort by sender, number of pages, cost of storage, etc.
Then there are entirely new scenarios the service could support in the future. I would like to see the service support originating snail mail on my behalf (e.g. I send the service a PDF document with a letter, they print it and mail it in an envelope to the US address that I specify.) This would also be helpful for customers abroad to reliably send documents that have to be sent by snail mail to a US address to be legally acceptable. The ultimate expression of this feature would be to offer a "Reply" button that would allow me to reply to the sender of any incoming mail, either with my own piece of snail mail or with an email (to make this possible the service would keep a list of the email addresses of the most common snail mail senders like credit card companies.)
All that said, the service as it is today is invaluable to me and I heartily recommend it.

"Fraudulent Charges and Argumentative Customer Service"
Such an odd bunch they are. You tell them you want to cancel, complete the official cancellation request and then they charge you anyway. When you request a refund based on the emailed cancellation conversation, they decline and instead forward you a screenshot of an email from 15 days earlier where we signed up for the service. Perhaps they don't understand time moves forward in a linear direction? I understand I signed up at one point, I then cancelled (because who wants to wait 2-3 weeks to find out they have mail?) Anyway, save yourself the trouble and stress and find another mail forwarding company.

Earthclass Mail is a wonderful service for people travel a lot but still need to receive regular postal mails that need to be processed remotely as soon as possible.

"They solve the problem"
I have been using these guys for about 10 years and have always been impressed at the level of service. It's like having your own personal mail room. Scans let me deal with regular mail in the same way as email, and the other services are gold. They've always kept their promises about forwarding packages, depositing checks, etc. - It just works perfectly and I have never had an issue with them. Highly recommend.

As a small nonprofit organization, we have loved our Earth Class Mail experience, ever since switching early 2020. We were already using the solution some pre-COVID lockdowns, but we pulled the rip cord fully in mid-March 2020 to have all of our mail route to ECM, which enabled us to operate seamlessly while our staff works remotely. As we look back a year later, we are thrilled with the decision we made to sign up and believe the portfolios of service offerings has really enabled us for a fully remote-work environment going forward. We use Earth Class for all of our corporate mail and check processing. Started before Covid-19 and thank god we did! Great product, service has been very good.

"Not transparent with all the many…"
Not transparent with all the many charges and add on fees. Doesn't reply quickly to customer service requests and will continue to try to charge you after you close your account. I would proceed with caution or choose another service as they're not the only option
