If you are trading in your computer, don’t bother. It’s not worth the trouble. They will low ball you and exaggerate any small flaws. They will offer you an online trade-in value, but after “examining” your computer for 10 day will offer you one-third the online quoted price. They will then resell your computer for 8-10x what they offer you. Basically a rip off. I will never use them again. I don’t support cheats posing as businesses.

Just bought a samsung a25 “excellent” condition. Took them 4 days to process the order but once shipped received in Visayas 2 days later. Condition was excellent. Looks brand new. Only had it a few days but working fine so far. Was skeptical buying from them originally, and i’m sure not all experiences are the same but my experience was good. I would buy from them again if needed

"Very bad after sales follow up "
So this is my 2nd purchase from them, was very impressed by them for the 1st purchase. Unfortunately for my 2nd purchase, they miss out on the charging cable for my watch. WhatsApp them and their reply was very slow. Got a response and then they went missing again for 2 days. Then managed to solve it after the weekend. Then I also complained about the watch strap, which is faulty and which they said they would replace with the cable. i got confirmation from emails saying they will send both items. got them the next 2 days. but then, when I received I only got the cable this time and not the strap. so of course I decided to email them again and of course they apologies for the unnecessary stress and frustration and they said they will send the strap out that day. till today over a week already I still haven't got a response or a replacement from them yet.

"IPhone Trade-In Scam"
I was directed to this site as part of my IPhone trade-in when I was on the Apple website and I went through the process of submitting my trade-in. All went well until the courier company picked up the mobile and there is absolute silence after that. I have not been reimbursed and all mails / messages have gone unanswered. My last resort is to track them down to their fulfillment centre and if that is not working, I will be making a police complaint so that others do not get scammed by this company.
Further update - was able to establish contact with the company and I have been reimbursed for the phone.
Update on 6/12:
My original reference number is SGSGAP2405642 and the reason for my unhappiness is the lack of response via mail that has been published. I further tried to reach out to their address at Pasir Panjang and found that they have moved from there without any further details.
Lack of responses + not being able to track them down, led to the frustration.
Ultimately, funds were credited on 20th November.

This company is 100% a scam, sells faulty product with no after sales support. They will not honor the warranty, or provide any customer support after a sale is made. Deceitful practices.

My advise is to steer away from compasia.
Been contacting them for quotation.
They request us to go through online purchase like individual purchase. Doesn't give a sh&t about customers. Throw me an email contact shwubing.yap @ compasia.com .
I've sent email to that one and that email recipient doesn't even reply you or give any f. what's going on.
Replies back to CS, the cs quickly close ticket and dismiss that they had forwarded the case to the recipient .
Seriously, if you guys aren't interesting in doing business, don't open a shop and broadly advertise your company.
You guys are one of the worse retails i've ever seen.
Oh ya, better cut off your phone and customer service.
They literally do not serve any purpose.
It's more economical and save cost.
