"Incompetent, dishonest, insulting"

Caused significant damage and denied all responsibility. There is no level of evidence that they would consider proof of their drivers' responsibility.

Their claims manager, Mosshe, is a liar, pure and simple. He will calmly lie to you and wait for you to go away. He should be in prison for fraud.

"Complete criminals"

We ordered a fridge and while it came when expected, the delivery guys were just horrible. They dragged the old fridge out across the wood floors leaving a long line of deep gouges. I noticed after they passed through the dining room and asked if they had carrying straps to carry it. They said they don't have them or use them. I called customer service and was told that all crews are provided the straps and are supposed to have them. I asked them that they need to lift/carry the fridge and they said "but it's heavy!". They brought in the new fridge and were about to drag it to and I said they couldn't do that. They threatened to not bring it in. Then they brought a dolly from their truck?!?! where was that before. They then tried to bait and switch having me sign for the delivery with no damages by saying it was "just routine signature you received the fridge". I pressed them to let me read the pages before the signature and figured out what they were doing. I wouldn't sign.
I also pressed them to take their own pictures of the damage, which they did, but you can see on the letter for the company below that "based on the photos taken by the delivery which clearly shows that the installation / connections was completed properly.
The nature of the damage(s) is quite noticeable, it should have been noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery." Well of course the delivery crew has no interest in reporting the damage they caused!!!
I've spent months trying to get their claim department to take responsibility but it a game of asking for a form, then pictures, them estimates, and they need to get the driver's side of the story. Finally they just said there was no proof and they wouldn't not accept liability. Their guy for handling claims, Moshe, is a thug and a crook. It's his job to string people along, deny, deny, call customer liars, etc. They sent an official denial even saying I signed the form saying there was no damage, when I explicit refused to sign anything. And it says I wouldn't need surveillance footage to prove the claim! The letter is attached:

Dear Kai Angermueller,
This email is in response to your claim submitted to our company.
After a thorough investigation by our company, including an interview with and a statement taken from the delivery personnel who handled the delivery, presenting them with all the documents and pictures you emailed us, reviewing our records and all the documents we requested in connection with this claim, and additional diligence conducted by our designated claims department, we regret to inform you, that a decision has been made to deny the claim.
Our decision was based in part, on an interview with, and a statement taken from the delivery / installation personnel, who handled the delivery / installation, including presenting them all the documents and pictures you emailed us, stating that they didn't damage your property or installed / connected the merchandise inaccurately, based on the shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery and inspection questionnaire survey), presented to the customer during the delivery, completed and singed by the delivery personal, which clearly states that at the time of delivery "My property has been left in good condition with no damage done to it" "consignee hereby acknowledges install and/or removal was completed in a satisfactory manner and there was no damage caused to your property as a result of these actions", and finally based on the photos taken by the delivery which clearly shows that the installation / connections was completed properly.
The nature of the damage(s) is quite noticeable, it should have been noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery.
We strive to keep our customers satisfied, and for that reason, we try to give ample opportunities to note the shipping documents. Nonetheless, we cannot accept any liability for damages, if the shipping documents are not noted, during the delivery, indicating damages to your property.
With the current information and evidence available to us, we have closed this claim, however, if additional hard evidence, like video surveillance or other hard evidence, will be provided, we will reopen the claim.
We hope you understand our findings, but if you wish to discuss our claims protocol or the above determination more fully, please feel free to contact us during normal business hours at 718-272-5900 X 203. Will be happy to take the time to respond to any concerns or issues.

"If I could give negative stars I would."

If I could give negative stars I would.
This company has cost me well over $1000 due to rescheduling my flights and car rental waiting for promised delivery. When they finally showed up with my appliances the drivers did over $800 worth of damage to my
stair railings, screen door, door jambs and brand new tile. They also ruined 2 appliances, but I was told the seller would be the sucker and pay for their bad actions.
The customer service is terrible, can't get through and when you do, they tell you they can't help you, that it is another department you need.
The Claims process is intentionally set up so that you can't contact a person.
They require you to file the claim within 2 days, submit 2 estimates for each property damage, and submit a notarized statement of what happened. 2 days really?!?! It took them 3 weeks to get it delivered at my expense.
I sent my emails with pictures to them as instructed. No response, no claim number. I did get an automated email that did not give me my claim number.
After 15 calls (since the delivery) I finally got to talk with someone in claims. They did see my emails, but would not give me my claim number. Then they hung up on me and I have not been able to get the Claims number to pick up since (6 more calls and counting).
DO NOT USE any company that uses AM Delivery! You will not be able to get fair service when they screw up your delivery.

Oh yea, the drivers left without my signature, did not want to wait for me to record the damages to the appliances and my property. I am sure they forged it for me.
Update: I submitted all my photos and evidence. I was told my claim was denied because there was a signature on the form that said my items were delivered without damage. I did not sign any forms. The driver forged a signature and said he did not do any damage.

"AM Trucking delivered our refrigerator"

AM Trucking delivered our refrigerator. We had ordered "white glove" service. What we got was the absolute bare minimum: They unpacked the new fridge, took the old one, and left the packaging and an empty
beer can on the driveway with barely a goodbye.

"Hands down the worst customer service…"

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received, they don't even deserve one star. I don't know how these people are still in business. I had a delivery scheduled which I told them very clearly I needed an hour lead time as I do not live at the residence its being delivered to. The delivery guy calls me 5 minutes prior to arrival then laughed at me when I told him I needed him to wait for 15-20 min for me to get there.

I rushed to get to the house where I'm doing renovations and needed the appliances being delivered to finish my kitchen that was supposed to be installed the next day. When I get there no delivery truck, they didn't call to notify me or the company they were leaving, left me waiting there for 2 hours in the middle of my work day as their status still said on the way while they didn't answer their phone. When I finally got a hold of them the gentlemen told me he had to "move on" and promptly hung up on me, then let me know he was "off the clock" when I called back although there was still and hour and half left on my delivery window.

Managers are impossible to get a hold of, the one I was able to speak to told me he would be me scheduled the next day then never got back to me and sends me to voicemail every time I call. Four days later I still do not have a delivery date rescheduled and it is not costing me money to get my contractor back for another full day to install our appliances, let alone the time I have spent attempting to settle this. My advice to you, don't waste your time with these people, they don't care about their customers, that's very clear to me.

"Our experience has literally been a nightmare!"

Our experience has literally been a nightmare, until Anthony Haran got involved with communicating with AM Trucking on our behalf. AM scheduled to deliver our new Samsung washer on Jan. 10, but the truck broke down 2.5 hours from our house. They rescheduled for Jan. 14, but did not show up, and had no excuses. They then scheduled us for this afternoon, so hopefully the delivery will be made then. Thanks to Anthony Haran, with Appliances Connection, and someone named Joe, with AM, our nightmare will hopefully end between 5:30 and 9:30 PM today. I will let you know how things work out.

"Well I had my doubts based off reviews…"

Well I had my doubts based off reviews after I realized they were the shipping company for game liquidations. I will say that the whole turn around time was slow but that was the shipping criteria I was informed of when I bought my tv. With all that said, aside from slow and a little, less than perfect, tracking data, I received a text for confirmation saying when the delivery was expected.it was a 7 pm to 11pm window on a Friday night which was perfect because I work during the day. The tracking still said that the tv was scheduled for correct delivery time but never showed that it left the facility so I was a bit worried that everything was going to go down from there. It didn't. I recieved a text at around 6:45 saying the truck would be here in 10 minutes. It was, the workers were cool, social, careful, and compliant. I had the white glove delivery and they made it a point to say they had to bring it in and plug it in to inspect for any issues. They didn't even want me to help. When I ordered the tv I saw a section in the cart to leave an advance tip for the delivery guys. I had no intension of paying more money when I had already paid for white glove and warranty ect. The way I see it is these guys get paid for rhe job they are doing. It's not like a waitress getting less than minimum wage. However, after my pleasant experiece I told them to hold on a second and grabbed them $50. They were even almost reluctant to take it saying, "that's not necessary but thank you". I was completely satified with the transaction overall. There are so many bad reviews that I felt the need to explain my experience.

"Horrible"

Horrible, do not order anything shipped via this company. Will make you wait forever and cancel scheduled deliveries (the day-of when you already took time off work, happened twice!) and then make you wait additional weeks with no explanation. Worst freight company I've ever dealt with.

AM trucking and specifically Celso and Jacinto were great. On time. Careful. Fast. And friendly. I've seen a mix of reviews, but I can vouch that they did an excellent job for me.
