"Worst deleivery company we have ever encountered"

AM Trucking never delivered our couch. We kept being told it would tentatively be delivered the following week, only to have the next week come and go with zero contact from the trucking company. All contact we had was customer-prompted. Finally, after nearly a 3-week delay and constant lying from the company, we canceled our order because we never ended up receiving the couch. I don't know how a company managed so poorly can stay in business.

Fabulous company. I had my Miele Professional Dryer delivered and installed in my Condominium in Sarasota Florida The Delivery Men, David and Mike were fabulous and very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend AM Trucking highly.

I have tried to schedule delivery for 7 weeks. AM only delivers 1x per month to my area and despite my instructions to deliver a kitchen load of appliances on a weekday before 4pm when workers would be on site, I was assigned the nighttime before Thanksgiving, when no one would be on site and in the dark to a construction site.

Next date was last minute either a Friday evening or Saturday -tbd by them, at their whim, last minute- and the time changed by the hour. I cancelled Christmas party plans to drive 4 hours north to meet them on site since no workers would be available on a Saturday, all day, awaiting a full day delivery window. I have placed in excess of 10 calls and have not had followup other than to tell me the time I needed to be available a few hours before on a date of their choosing. UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I will choose my appliance company in the future by the delivery company they use. NOT AM.

"Less than 1 star"

Have a tv getting delivered, was given 4 minutes notice that they would be arriving to my house and I was on a work call. By the time I called back they were rude and told me they couldn’t wait for me to deliver. I told them to drop it off at the front door because I have cameras and will be home soon. They refused to deliver without being able to bring inside my house, open the package and power up the tv to which I refused because quite honestly they don’t need to be opening my package. I repeatedly told them it was my property so I have the right to refuse them digging through the packaging. My package hasn’t been delivered and have been able to contact them regarding a redelivery. I ordered the same tv and had it delivered by FedEx 6 months prior for another room in my house, was left outside no questions asked. These guys are clowns.

Not that these guys need another 1 star review, but....

First, they notified me that I needed to pay a $450 'small truck fee' to deliver my new couch (which had free delivery), because supposedly they couldn't get a big truck up our hill. They would not listen when I told them full-size trucks came up here all the time. So we decided to have it delivered to a friend who lived down the hill and drive it up ourselves.

I got a confirmation email from AM delivery saying the couch would be here between 10 and 2 on Thursday, so I reserved a uHaul, blocked off my Thursday, and went about my business. Then I got a surprise call on Monday morning -- I was in the middle of a tournament an hour from my home -- saying the couch was being delivered RIGHT THEN. And if I wasn't ready they'd need to charge me a redelivery fee. WTF?! So I spent the ENTIRE rest of my day dealing with it, having to cancel afternoon clients, get a last-minute truck rental etc.

These guys stink.

Did not have enough men to remove my old ref even after confirming 4 times that they would. Riuned thanksgiving because had old fridge in the middle of kitchen. Lied about rescheudling pick up before holidays. Then gives me zero warning of picking up old ref. ridiculous incompetent company

AM Home Delivery are a truly appalling delivery service. They will provide you with a four hour delivery window, only to call you 20 minutes after your delivery slot has passed, to inform you that they will not be arriving. They will then reschedule for 4-5 days later ! How very convenient !
Their rather amusingly named customer service department provide a scripted apology which, even though you are speaking to a human being, sounds like AI. This company is a total disgrace.

"Constant changing of delivery window "

Call center is ok ( helpful, but no control over delivery company)
This company is the most unorganized and un accommodating business I have ever dealt with. Had 2 delivery times last week. Said we didn’t confirm. Fine maybe mistake. Today had a 8-12pm window. Confirmed
2 hrs later changed to 9-1pm. Confirmed
20 minutes later changed to 930-1pm
If you don’t verify each time they will cancel ( threaten to charge you $110 cancellation fee)
Probably shouldn’t write this yet
See if they show up tomorrow

"Great delivery and employees "

I had 2 recliners delivered today 11/15/2024. My delivery men David and Nathaniel came on time, ensembled the 2 chairs brought them in with care. They made sure I was happy with everything. They went above and beyond for me. Such nice young men. Thank you again.
