"I rate this company a NEGATIVE 5"

I rate this company a NEGATIVE 5! I advise that you do not use this company. They were supposed to deliver a bathtub on a Monday. They didnt come because I didnt respond to their emial to confirm in time. I didnt see it.They rescheduled for the following monday which I made sure to call and confirm this time and took the day off from work. On Sunday I got a text that they were moving it to Tuesday! I took Tuesday off. On Monday night in the middle of the night they show up and get me out of bed and drop the tub on my front lawn and try to rush me to sign for it. First I am not prepared to recieve it and Second the box is pretty beat up and one corner is crushed. Its pitch black and I cant inspect the tub for damage, scratches etc. They immediately rip the box open to show me inside (of a dark box) throwing packing material all over my yard and preasure me to sign for it. I asked him to call his dispatch and he just pretended and said "no answer". I asked him to try again and he pretended again and I caught him lying - his phone wasnt even turned on. They said they would leave it right here then (on my front lawn) and preasured me to sign again. I refused asked them to wait and went inside to get the phone number for their dispatch. As I went into the house, they picked up the tub, litteraly threw it in the truck and took off leaving packing material all over my yard. I STRONGLY suggest you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

"Dangerous People"

I have no problem with your delivery men themselves. I understand you are subtracted by other companies. HOWEVER, I was not happy and quite frankly felt uncomfortable around your drivers. I PAID for a white glove delivery, this was not delivered. Your drivers looked like they were straight out of jail. They were threatening. They showed up at the wrong time and a different day than advised. The initial delivery was supposed to be on a Friday morning, they showed up at 10 pm on the preceding Thursday night. They looked and acted and were probably, understandingly exhausted. I did not feel safe around them. Actually, their presence prompted me to obtain a camera and 911-operated security system. They were still kind, respectful, but they did NOT fulfill the promise of your contracting company to fill a "white glove" delivery, which I had paid for. They truly looked wiped, exhausted, drained, and clearly just wished to drop off the delivery without providing the paid for delivery service. I do not in the least and in any way blame them! They seemed like honest, hard-working staff, but they also did not fulfill the promise of your contracting company of a white glove delivery. Despite paying for a white glove delivery service, they did not fulfill that. They dropped the package on my porch without opening the package and setting it up as advised and as I paid for. I was so turned off by the whole experience, I called the originating company and returned the package, and they fulfilled that. To be honest, I would not want to do business with AM again. I was scared by your people (very typical of delivery/trucking/moving company staff: I felt they were ex-cons, ex-prisoners, which I suspect is true of these delivery men, no offense against them, but, again, I felt threatened and not safe having them in my house). As I said, as a result of this experience with your company, I obtained a multiple camera 911-connected system to protect my property, my life, and myself. Again, no offense against your staff, I do NOT blame them in any way, but I do absolutely blame and hold the executive staff of AM and feel that AM is an unsafe, unworthy corporation, and I would not wish to and hope I never have to deal with your company ever again. You do not represent American values, and as far as I am concerned, I am sure you wish to stay in business, but if you do so, you need to overhaul your staffing and executive processes. I am not a fan. I will not hire you again. I do not believe it is safe, professional or warranted for your staff to enter anyone’s home, and I have, and I have already told my family, friends, and professional colleagues, and to my surprise, several of them confided in me that they also experienced similar feelings of unsafety and malaise as I have. I do believe your company endangers ordinary Americans. I feel unsafe around you.

"Please stop using this company Amazon "

This company was supposed to deliver a furniture item to us. They said they came but could not drop it off because the number on the account was disconnected (even though I received texts from them earlier that day and number works fine). Then they checked in the system and the person never took pictures of being there so it was just a lie. And then they pushed the delivery off another couple of weeks promising me that it would be there each day and saying it was escalated to a supervisor but never receiving a call.

Just a call service in the Philippines that has no information of whats actually happening with the boots on the ground here. Probably had to call 18X, still haven't received item and it ruined our scheduled photoshoot multiple times as it was the only pending item.

The item arrived two weeks late and they refused to provide any customer service or details on the delivery, even though it was bought for specific occasion, I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible

"Wonderful Experience"

I had ordered furniture from Classy Home with white glove delivery. Mike, Nathaniel & Edgardo came to the house & did an Awesome job. They placed my items where I needed them. Mike was very Professional and made sure they were the right distance from wall and operated Properly. (I use a walker, so I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and kindness) I Loved talking to Nathaniel, He is a Very Professional and Smart God Loving young man. His Grandma definitely raised him right! Not to leave Edgardo out, but he was helping unload truck, which he did without damaging any of my items. You have a Great Team there! "I had bedroom furniture delivered in…"

I had bedroom furniture delivered in August that I purchased from Classy Home online. The driver argued that I didn't have the "White Glove" service which I paid $540.00. He did eventually bring the furniture into my bedroom. He didn't switch the door handles from the inside to the outside of the drawer and said he couldn't put my mirror up. There was a missing part so they were not able to put my bed together. It is still sitting on the side of my room weeks later. When they left I noticed a 3 X 2" gash in my wall that is at least 3/4"s deep and another smaller one in my bedroom. I have sent multiple emails to their claim department, I've called 3 times, and sent texts and NOONE has called me back to get this issue taken care of. Absolute worst delivery experience I've had.

Ordered Refrigerator August 8, it is now September 3

There is ZERO communication.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever had and the product is not even safely here yet.

If it doen't arrive safely, after a month..... you can see how that will go by reading a few reviews.

Dealling with AM home delivery is an awful experience, the white golve service is literally a scam and ZERO service
