"Ordered appliances from vendor"

Ordered appliances from vendor, who transferred delivery to AM Trucking. We received an email the day it happened with the tracking number. We were in the process of moving into a new home and had to change the address. Within 2 business days we saw it changed on the order,they updated the delivery address while still in transit. They called the day before, the hour before and 30 minutes before. We received our new washer and dryer the day before move in. Fabulous work. Thank you

AM Home Delivery drivers arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job delivering my refrigerator. The company was unresponsive to email communications.

"This is a company that promises…"

This is a company that promises delivery of purchases to your home. Problem is that they have only about six terminals in the USA. What is going to happen is that your merchandise will get sent to one of those terminals and will sit there till they get enough to make up a truckload to send in to your area.
The two guys that brought my appliances out were sullen, obviously untrained and determined to do as little as possible.
