"Worst deliver and trucking company.."
Worst deliver and trucking company... don't know why anyone would be using it... in this case AJ Madison did. Claimed my product was on its way... estimate date kept pushing out, and tried to contact the company many times and no response (voice message, request for call back, finally reach a rep and the rep just say we will call you back). Terrible. wasted so much time. They kept telling you to email them for quick response... zero response at all. Worst company. & matthew@amtrucking even says to email him directly so can respond quickly... but nothing ever got responded. no update and I'm still waiting for my dishwasher. AJ Madison is also non-responsive... terrible companies work together I guess.

"This is the worst delivery company on…"
This is the worst delivery company on the planet. They have canceled three times knowing full well they had no intent to deliver. I have notified BBB and the consumer protection agency and issued a dispute with the merchant, Goedecker’s, which is just as bad. Do not buy from a company that uses this outfit.

"I was very worried reading all the bad…"
I was very worried reading all the bad reviews, but honestly didn’t have any major problems. Their customer service line definitely needs some work, I was on hold for an hour both times I contacted them, and got hung up on a few times. There was a few minor issues during my delivery that were due to what seemed as a lack of communication within the company, but I did get my couch delivered within the hours and on the day it was scheduled. Overall, a pretty happy customer!

It is now SEPT 21 and I STILL don't have them!!! A month late and counting!!! OMG... Just deliver it to my driveway. I don't even need them to install. OMG..

"Beware beware beware!"
Beware beware beware!
Although my purchase was met with glowing excitement and flowery email confirmation, I did not experience what I had hoped would be a different outcome then so many people with Brooklyn Kayak company (BKC).
I ordered my kayak the tandem 14 foot pedal drive on June 23, 2020. As noted elsewhere by other customers, I was advised of COVID delays in shipping and back order status right from the start. None of this surprises me considering that even Amazon with its two day prime shipping can’t get it done. As time went on I eventually got a delivery estimate from AM trucking. That estimate indicated the kayak was coming from California and that it was 4 to 6 weeks from being delivered.
The AM trucking delivery estimate 8/17-8/24 came and went. I then received notification that 8/27 the kayak would be delivered. Fortunately I would be home for that delivery.
During the day I heard the sound of a truck and access door being closed. I went to the front porch to find the two delivery guys heading for the truck which was running and the kayak lying in the grass. I stopped the guys with the intent to ask them to help me move it, But I then noticed of the three pieces that were supposed to be delivered, only the Kayak was there. The pedal assemblies made up the other two items which were supposed to be delivered with the kayak. I ask the delivery people where the other two pieces were and they said in their best English that this was all they had. I said no, that there was supposed to be three pieces according to the email invoice. They then said something in Spanish and headed for the back of the truck, opened it, rooted around and came out and told me there was nothing more. I asked them for the delivery invoice so that I could notate the missing pieces and they said no paperwork only electronic. I did ask to speak with their shipping manager but they refused. I demanded they get in touch with someone to explain why there is only one parcel. Then one of them waved his arm, then with the other one and then up into the air and said something in Spanish. It was at that time that they picked up the kayak and headed for the truck. I told them I was calling the police which I did after they mocked me and said “go ahead”. They were able to get the kayak by me and onto the truck tailgate. Then one of the individuals dropped the kayak rudder end onto the pavement. They continued to load the kayak back into the truck.
I realized that they were going to get in the truck and leave with the kayak that they had just stolen after delivery. I went to the front of the truck and was going to sit in the truck but then decided because I was on the phone with the 911 dispatcher to take the keys to the truck so they couldn’t leave before the police got a report.
I can see now why people are so upset with the shipping company and cannot believe that BKC continues to use them. Too many people have commented about bad experiences and it looks like mine might be one of the most interesting. It appeared that the Kayak was in good condition but I only got to view it through plastic. I do not know where the other pieces were and they (AM trucking) took the kayak. I had no idea of knowing any potential damage they might’ve created when they dropped it. Bottom line is I should’ve had the police charge them with theft.
The long and short of the story is that BKC, specifically Isaac, refunded all of my money except for a $200 charge for shipping. The invoice clearly says shipping is free and this is one of their claims for potential customers. It doesn’t appear in my case that they are going to provide a full refund. It appears BKC is trying to claim that I exercised the 14 day return policy. I did not have any say in the matter whatsoever since the delivery people removed the kayak from my possession.
In hindsight I have reviewed my camera footage and realize that the delivery people were looking for missing pieces before they headed for the truck to leave when I first came out. It is quite clear that they opened up the back of the truck after they had shut it the first time went in and one of them was lifting up the plastic on the kayak as if to look for something. I’m positive that they realized there were more pieces missing and we’re trying to just leave without anyone catching them. While on the phone with Nick at BKC immediately following this horrid delivery gone bad, he surmised and I agree, that they were in-fact trying to leave without getting confronted about the missing pieces.
I would advise caution if you were dealing with BKC and they intend to use AM trucking company. Expect the worst, because that is probably very true for more than not. Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence before making the purchase, I waited until it seemed a bit odd to be taking so long for delivery.

"This is the worse company I ever had to…"
This is the worse company I ever had to deal with when it comes to communications. I contacted AM Trucking via phone and email over 10 times to get a delivery date for my freezer and never got a reply. On Sep 11 at 4:58pm I get a text from them to confirm my delivery between 4:30-8:30pm on Monday and I must reply by COB or they will have to reschedule. So I replied yes and never heard from them. At 5:34 PM Monday evening I get a call from the driver saying they are about 30 min away.
They get here and I inspected for exterior damage and made sure all the shelves and basket were there. I wanted to plug it in to make sure it powers up and the compressor starts. Driver said I had to wait 24 hours as it was laid down. I told him it was upright on the truck when he opened the door. He said it was laid down on the main truck due to space being limited before putting on his truck. I have taken many deliveries in my life time and never had a freezer or refrigerator laid down to make more room; it takes more room laid down. Driver must think I just fell off the turnip truck.
Thankfully 24 hours later I plugged the freezer in and it worked.
Bottom line this company has the worse communications I have ever experienced. And the lame excuse to wait 24 hours to plug the freezer in tells me the driver did not want to wait a few minutes to verify it was functional. Guess he does not like to have a refused delivery. Maybe a tone of paper work. Very Poor customer service.
Bottom line, no communication from their dispatch department and poor customer service on the driver's part not wanting to wait 2 minutes to plug in the freezer to make sure it was functional.

"Unprofessional Logistics manager"
I had no problems with the drivers. The issue I had is with the logistics manager Kevin Moreno. I placed an order from Appliance Connection on August 3rd of this month. I was informed that the item I purchased was to be delivered between August 20 and the 27th. I was issued a tracking number which showed a confirmation of the order and date of August 3rd, August 12th order picked up, and August 18th delivered at the terminal. After the 18th Nothing more on the tracking system. On August 24th I became concerned because I heard nothing with regards to the delivery date to my home. I called customer service, and spoke with April. She informed me that AM should had called me on the 18th and set up a date for delivery. She apologize for the error and stated that she will set a delivery date. As we spoke she stated that they where having problems with their phone system, and took my phone number just in case we get disconnected. Before she was able to give me a delivery date we got cut off. I waited approximately 20 minutes, and never received a call back. At this time I spoke with Grace from Appliance Connection and informed her of my frustrations. She informed me that she will reach out to AM and get back to me. A short time later I received an email from Kevin Moreno which stated my item will be delivered at my home on August 27th between 4pm & 8pm. Shortly after that email I received a text to confirm date and time which I did. I changed my schedule to make sure I was at home for the delivery. On August 27th I waited patiently for the delivery. I kept checking the tracking service to follow my delivery, and it still had the August 18th date, and nothing else. The tracking service was useless. Amazing 2020, and your logistics manager can’t even figure that out. At approximately 7:15 pm I called AM customer service and asked where the delivery person(s) where, and when will they be at my house. He looked into it and told me that they were running a little behind, and they should be at my house between 9pm & 10 pm. I was not happy, but understood that maybe they had some problems, and continued to wait. Again not sure where Kevin was with regards to the delay issues. I’m sure he knew his truck drivers where running late a lot earlier, and could have reached out to me instead of me having to reach out to customer service to find out what was going on. Now the icing on the cake. I received a call from Kevin at approximately 7:30pm. He informed me that he is the Logistics manager. He has the nerve to tell me that the delivery person(s) will not make to my house tonight, but will be at my house tomorrow (August 28th) between 7am & 11am. I said to myself, this the logistics manager? One half hour before the order was supposed to be delivered originally before I spoke with customer service, and they told me by 10pm, he tells me it not going to be delivered. I was shocked. I explained to him I had change my plans to be available for the delivery, and now at 7:30 pm you want me to try to rearrange my plans to be available tomorrow. I couldn’t believe how oblivious this guy is to reality. Anway, he told me that he will see what he could do, and call me right back. I’m sure you guessed it already, he never did. Just left me hanging. What a coward. At this point I tried calling several times and he never answered. I left a voicemail, and no reply. Now I’m not sure if the delivery will be at 10pm, or if I have to reschedule for another date. Unbelievable. August 28th At approximately 6:45am I received an automated call which stated that the delivery person(s) will be at my house in 20 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. You think the logistics manager Kevin would have called me back the night before to let me know. Clearly he is in the wrong position. Fortunately I had not left for work, and was able to be there to receive the item I ordered. After I received the order, and the drivers left, I called Kevin Moreno to express my frustration with regards to how he handled this situation. Of course no answer, so I left a voicemail even though I know that I won’t get a call back. Very unprofessional, but I’m sure he knows that already. I know now that when I did my homework on Appliance Connection and found them to have good ratings, I should have dug deeper to see who shipped for them. Won’t make that mistake again.
