"Installed dishwasher improperly; no service after"

Appliance Connection hired this company to deliver and install a dishwasher at my home. Charged $170 to install. Within an hour of installation, my kitchen faucet slowed to a trickle. Called Appliance Connection; they said to call AM Trucking. Called; no response. Filed a claim on line. Got an auto response that I must send a notarized claim by registered mail within seven days. Still no water. Back and forth with Appliance Connection and AM Trucking. Another auto response saying my claim must have been made within 3 days instead of 7. I finally hired a plumber to fix it. Terrible company.

"Terrible Customer Service"

My product has been sitting at their delivery terminal for a week. I have emailed and called and there has been no effort on their part to return emails or calls. I ordered my appliance on 7/14/20, item was ready to pickup on the 7/27, they picked up on 8/6/20. Slow to pick up and really slow to deliver. How would they like it if this happened to one them?

"AM Trucking is the worst carrier I have…"

AM Trucking is the worst carrier I have ever dealt with in my 7+ years of procurement. They have had product for over 2 weeks and will not schedule delivery. Respond times are ridiculous, exorbitant hold times, no follow up. A complete joke! Never use this carrier!!!!!

"Unresponsive, evasive, unclear, inflexible"

Tl;dr AJ Madison took my order for a fridge and brushed their hands off of the affair, throwing me to this incompetent delivery company.

I purchased a fridge on July 7. Since there's a pandemic going on, I was fine with it being shipped out on July 20. They said the delivery company, AM Trucking, will contact me via email/phone at least a day prior to delivery date to confirm. It seemed weird to have everything up in the air like that, but I figured it was because of the pandemic.

By July 30, I heard nothing. I called AJ Madison, was put on hold for almost an hour, then was hung up on. I sent them an email asking about it instead. They told me to contact the trucking company since they couldn't do anything. On July 31, a Friday, an email miraculously appeared from AM Trucking, asking me to confirm the delivery date on the morning of August 4 or else it'd be canceled. I'd be working 4 hours away in another state at that time. I called AM Trucking, was on hold for more than an hour. The automated voice said, Hang up and we'll call you back at the order your call was received. I did that when I was the 12th person in line, and called them again after 40 minutes of waiting. Put on hold, got in line, etc etc again, and still didn't get a call from them at all. I finally got to a lady who said she'd put in a request to change my delivery time to afternoon of August 4. She said AM Trucking would contact me on Monday August 3 to confirm.

On Monday August 3, I called AM Trucking at 9:30 am to ask about a new delivery time. I had to wait an hour. The rep said they'd send me an email in the afternoon. I called them again at 5 pm after getting nothing. I had to wait 45 minutes, was a couple seconds late to answer the call when someone picked up, and got hung up on right after they bothered to say hello once. Got back in line for another half hour, already sick of it.
The rep said the manager did not response to my request. I'd have to accept the delivery for morning August 4, when I'd be out of town, or live without a fridge until August 10. After I explained to her that it'd be difficult for me to cut my business short and drive 4 hours in for an 8 am delivery, she said my slot would most likely be 10 am. I had no choice but accept.

Two hours later, I got a call from the delivery guy telling me to be there at 7:30 am because I'd been bumped to their first stop in the morning. And again, I had no choice but to accept.

I am sick of AJ Madison and AM Trucking. They are unresponsive and need to be pursued relentlessly to give answers that should have been clear in the first place.

"Great service!!! Guess I got lucky!! Nothing to complain about!!!"

I see LOTS of bad reviews for this company, but my experience today was as good as anyone!!! Being in a remote rural area, they did everything I asked to meet and were highly helpful, kind and courteous!!!
Here's a pat on their backs for great delivery service today!!!

"HORRIBLE"

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
Their "customer service" and tracking are less than helpful.
Their website does not even list or provide links to or names of any people.
There telephone service is worthless - I have called numerous times, each time been put on hold for over an hour - when my turn comes up - it never switched me over to an agent - it just disconnected me - each time.
I tried their "call back"feature - that never worked.
I sent them emails "for faster service" that also never worked.
I tried to search for contact information for people and executives inside the company to contact - did not find any.
Tried to contact Martin Davis, CEO AM Home Delivery & Trucking, Inc. - no success there.

"I would give negative"

I would give negative. My items got delayed continuously. The reps pretend to forward you to a manager but instead forward you back to the automated system. Or they will just put you on hold until you hang up so it doesnt show that they hung up on you. What kind of horrible company is this.

"Completly Incompetent"

We ordered a gas cook top which was ready for pickup on June 18. By June 22nd AM Trucking could not even say if it had been picked up. After exchanging 2 emails with AM Trucking and escalating to the vendor, the tracking finally said it got picked up on June 24, six days after it was ready. Now they are saying estimated delivery is not until July 7, almost three weeks to get from NJ to SC. Ridiculous and terrible!

"This Company is Deceptive and a Giant SCAM!"

After waiting for our new recliner for nearly a month and a half with no regular updates, we were notified that they would be delivering it the next day between 1-5. Because they gave zero notice, I had to take the day off of work even though money and shifts are tight right now from Covid. I wasted hours and hours waiting for the delivery and it never came. After the promised delivery window we got a quick call saying they were running late but would be there within the hour. After the hour passed, we attempted to call every number they provided- and even the “after hours support number” left us on hold forever, hung up, or transferred us to a dead message line. We made 10+ phone calls, emailed for support, and reached out in every way we could think of. We were on hold for over 2 hours in total and were not connected with a single person every though it kept saying we were next to speak to someone. Another 4 hours passed (I had waited for more than 8 hours at this point) and not a single phone call for the delay and the order never came- nothing was ever delivered.
I then Found hundreds of scathing reviews online, many with stories like mine. When we tracked the item with their website, it showed it was out for delivery, and then all of a sudden, the same tracking site says that they cannot find any order with my order number. Now, the tracker that said my item was being delivered within an hour is saying there is no order number matching my information. This company is a total SCAM. It appears as though they doctor the tracking information, when in reality your items aren’t even out for delivery. As with many others, it looks like we will be forced to take them to court for fraud and theft. Thankfully we recorded all of the conversations and took screenshots of all of the tracking “updates” that all of a sudden disappeared. I think the best thing to do would be if all of the victims of this companies illegal practices group together and file a joint complaint. AM Home Delivery needs to be held accountable for their fraud and shady business practices. When they lie and refuse to deliver product as agreed upon in the sales contact, they have committed theft of my property. I am still out $700 because they have not held up their end and delivered. This company deserves to be shut down.

THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND THEIR DELIVERY SYSTEM IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
