If any company that you ever deal with wants to use am home delivery service then run from that company. Recently had the most horrifying customer service experience from am home delivery not delivering my appliances till 10:00 at night two gentlemen delivered one was nice but the other one was extremely rude and ignorant and the nice one just kept apologizing saying he agreed and understood horrible horrible customer service and horrible horrible horrible communication do not let any company that you deal with use am home delivery it'll be your worst nightmare

They failed to my deliver twice with the same excuse that the driver had an emergency. I cancelled my purchase and they still refused to refund for white gloving delivery that I never received. Stay away from Poly and Bark and AM Trucking.

This email is in regards to order scheduled delivery for 6/17/24 between 9-1pm.
I received email at 9:32am on the day of the delivery regarding a rescheduled time for 6/18/2024.
I was informed by Omar & Desiree that the driver did not show up and this was the next window.
I did not consent to the proposed rescheduled delivery for 6/18/24.
They would not change the rescheduled delivery window (their schedule) which would result in a fee if I didnt make it.
I did not approve the new proposed delivery time for 6/18/2024.
I requested a rescheduling fee and a mutually agreed up delivery
time with a 48 cancelation notice.
Horrible logistics and policies.

Delivery was not made in the week it was scheduled. They left us waiting and never came. Leaving a 80 year old lady without a refrigerator. No calls nothing I started calling asking to talk to a manager, multiple calls on multiple different days. Nothing all ways In a meeting never a return call.. was scheduled for the next Wednesday, then reschedule for Thursday for no reason.. very unprofessional.. sad to know a company can operate this poorly and stay in business..

"BEWARE! Do not use this company"
Unskilled installers wired dishwasher incorrectly. You plug it in, the breaker trips. You unplug it, the breaker resets. The installer throws up his hands and says it's an electrical issue. dishwasher is wildly out of level. He said that's how they are these days. Left a mess and left me with a new dishwasher that doesn't work.

I purchased $20,000 worth of appliances from a company three months ago. The appliances have been sitting in Am’s warehouse in Utah for a few months and are now supposed to be delivered. The appliance company apparently went out of business and AM is now refusing to delivery the appliances even though I already paid in full for them and they are my property. My biggest complaint is that I have tried more than 6 times to get the employee that answers the phone and emails me to put me in touch with a manager so I I can try to make some progress on getting my appliances. I have even offered to go to their center and pick the appliances up so they do not need to incur any more expense. The employee refuses to put me in touch with a manager. Hopefully management will read this and reach out so we can get this done the easy way rather than through a lawsuit.

UPDATE - 4-5-24: I have been in contact with Robert from AM. He originally sounded like someone that was going to facilitate a quick resolution of the situation, especially after I volunteered to pay to have “my appliances” picked up from their SLC, Utah facility. After a few weeks, I think I was just getting the runaround and am no closer to getting my appliances. I am now advised that AM’s legal counsel has advised Robert not to release my appliances to me. I have asked to be put in touch with that legal counsel but apparently my request needs to be approved by someone before the information can be shared. Things seem to be going downhill and I reaffirm my thoughts about this company and its reliability. Will update further as soon as something new happens.

Today - 3/8/24, Mario & another young gentleman delivered my washing machine & installed it, took off my utility room door, & hauled out the old one. They were PERFECT young gentlemen, fast at what they do, & highly exceptional. I so appreciate them for their professionalism. Thank you AM...these gentlemen are from the AM in Columbus, Ohio. They kept me informed about the entire process.
