"Blatant scam"
Blatant scam. Not a single mention of import fees needing to be paid, the company is registered by location and domain to the uk mainland so the need for import tax is fraudulent. Disgusting company. No reply from customer support about my refund yet their policy explicitly says 100days refund guarantee for any reason.
In short, it’s a pathetic scummy company and you shouldn’t go near it.
I look forward to my small claims court case :)

UK buyers beware hidden import charges!! Totally deceitful - no mention anywhere in buying process (only in their small print).
Have been charged £42 by FedEx for a £149 blanket. Ships from Poland . Despite UK website/ contact details and ‘free shipping’. Reading other reviews I suppose I should be grateful it arrived at all???!!! Def should have read Trustpilot reviews before buying… AVOID!

"RUBBISH QUALITY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!"
I ordered a new all season cover for my balance blanket, which I've had for a few years now. The quality of the cover is terrible and nowhere near to the one I already have. For this reason, I wanted to return it. They mislead customers by showing pictures of the original, good quality cover and send you rubbish. When complaining, they reply that they "stand behind the quality of their products". What a joke! Despite the fact that they claim free shipping on their website, they charged me 20£ shipping expenses. I will now need to return the cover at my own cost (approx. 45 Euro from Belgium). I used to be super excited about Gravity Blanket and tell all my friends and family about it, but I will make sure everyone knows now what kind of thieves they are. DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE ANYWAY YOU WILL BE LEFT FEELING RIPPED OFF

"Hide that you have to pay import taxes"
Website co.uk, UK in the company name, registered in the UK. Product priced and paid for in GBP. And yet you get hit for for import taxes. Complain and they say they try hard to point this out. Very disingenuous.

Ordered in early november, got a confirmation email and the money came out of my account. Now in mid January there have been no further updates on my order and no response to any of my emails.
I seriously doubt I will recieve either my blanket or a refund at this point. Please avoid this company like the plague, couldn't have had a worse experience.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! Ordered a gravity blanket from UK WEBSITE on 5th December. Was provided with a UK receipt showing VAT paid. Item was finally dispatched 23/12, despite customer services (who were rubbish) telling me I couldn’t cancel order on 14/12 as it had already been dispatched! When item was dispatched it was sent from POLAND! and FedEx billed me a further £40 for a £139 blanket. Gravity blanket had not completed the correct paperwork and the paperwork provided to FedEx showed I had NOT paid VAT. I refused delivery of the item as advised by customer services but still appear to have the customs bill awaiting my
Payment. Awful company, awful customer services and VERY misleading website. UK registered company - SENSO REX….

"Avoid these scammers"
It is just possible that these people operate within the letter of the law, but they are wholly dishonest humans and they knowingly advertise on a false premise. Their UK registered website, UK phone line, and UK address, all leads you to trust that their explicit claim of “Free shipping on all blankets”. This is nothing short of a lie. They know it, and you should know it too. A blanket advertised and sold for £174.30 arrives in due course. Only AFTER you have signed for it will you then receive the text from FedEx requiring you to pay the additional £48.14. The company reply to any complaint saying that you should reject the parcel, and thereby prompt a refund, but know full well that you cannot recoup your full outlay. It is dishonest, knowingly deceitful, and exploitative. Do not but from such pond life.

"Do not buy from this company they don’t deliver"
Very poor service blanket never delivered. Ordered 13th October 2022 for a birthday present for 28th October. Many emails back and forth as by the beginning of December the blanket still had not been delivered. Every email promised delivery soon, no tracking number or delivery date was ever provided. Eventually they stopped answering emails. No communication at all no blanket delivered. I put the payment into dispute with my credit card. Not heard anything since. Bought a weighted blanket from John Lewis online click and collect had the blanket within two days. Avoid this company they are not based in the UK and do not deliver blankets.

I ordered back in October and still no blanket! I have asked for a refund and there is no response. I have contacted them on instagram, on their chat service and also via email and still nothing. Don't order from them!!
