"They put wrong things on your credit…"
They put wrong things on your credit file and refuse to remove them l complained about something an ee debt which l don't owe as l have been in a contract on my son's account for 5 years and l can prove it.. they said l had been unsuccessful in getting it removed lies like that cause you credit issues I'm thinking of reporting TransUnion to the ombudsman this company are useless

"truly dreadful company"
I have a perfect credit score, confirmed by both experian and equifax, unfortunately for me however transunion does not recognise any of my details and, as a result, I am unable to get a new phone from Samsung. I phoned to query this and was passed from person to person with no one caring and each person giving a different excuse as to why they could not be bothered to help. 12 days later I am still waiting for a response and I still cannot get a new phone. As my current one is temperamental, this is having a significant impact on my business. Terrible company with terrible customer service, its no wonder the ratings are so low.

Called them today to advise that their information is wrong and that I'm on the electoral roll and provided the references to prove it but they could not have been less interested. Woman on the phone claims all she can do is apologise.

Worst service in the world, 4 months and they have still not updated my electoral roll information. I submitted a letter from the council as required. All disputes are ignored.
I think they purposefully discriminate against immigrants.

AWFUL COMPANY. Has various incorrect accounts linked to my husband just because he has the same name as someone else. Raised numerous disputes. All have been ignored. Off to the Ombudsman next to raise a dispute about this shocking situation. None of the other credit agencies report this incorrect info.

This company has totally inaccurate information on my report relating to a credit card. They state it has never been paid yet its the complete opposite. I've raised a dispute and we will see how quickly they respond and correct my score. Disgusted!

What a shameful company and practices - you can see exactly what they are doing by trying to drive up banking business a.k.a. selling loans and credit cards to everyone, nothing to do with understanding credit worthiness or risk mgmt at all.
Lloyds Bank should be ashamed working with them on their platform.
I have a mortgage and credit card and a healthy income to pay off my debt. Saving enough on the side and it tells me my scores go down every month because I should have a much larger credit card limit and utilise it.. that is just pure bs.

Disgusting company. How on earth companies and banks wish to use these services to protect themselves and customers is beyond me!
They are breaching data protection policies by providing personal details about other people! I can quite literally use someone else’s details fraudulently. An if I’m honest I’m pretty confident they are the root cause of majority of people being scammed.
I’m genuinely concerned my data isn’t safe and when trying to prove I am who I am? Which apparently is impossible? 🤣 I have no trust in any company using these services!
I’m hoping this will encourage others to be mindful and to check who has what information about you. Because I know I cannnot be the only one.
This experience has caused unnecessary stress.
