"Sorted out an issue with my credit rating"
Very happy with the service provided in sorting out an issue with my credit rating which had dropped owing to a delayed first payment by direct-debit which was then classified as being ‘behind on payments’. Not my fault as I’d provided all necessary bank details in good time. First time I’ve ever had any such problem in over 60 years. I didn’t have to do anything and the problem was resolved efficiently and quickly by direct contact with the lender on my behalf. I’m convinced that it would have taken a lot longer to try and resolve it myself. My rating is now almost back to the previous value and should reach full correction within a month or two.
I am very happy with the advice and subsequent service that I received.
