Sul sito Luisaviaroma hai ampia scelta per trovare anche i capi che non trovi in altri siti Web,comodo quando raggiungi i livelli per lo sconto,anche se,ed è una pecca,non ti permette di utilizzarlo per tutti i brand,questa cosa bisogna migliorarla.Veloci inoltre per le spedizioni!!!

5 days, my order is still ‘processing’ and not been dispatched. No updates or reply when I contact them via email either. In the replies below Luivisaroma covers themselves by only guaranteeing delivery times ‘after processing’ but never address the fact they do not tell customers how long processing takes. Do not buy from here if you are needing your item anytime soon, it’s pretty ridiculous and we’ll see if my item even turns up.

BE CAREFUL!!!! There are so many products which they don't sell based on the brands genuine price. I come with FACTS. There's a pair of Versace Alias Sling Back Shoes which was originally £790 the price has dropped because its in sale at the Versace stores for £398. Most stores carrying the Versace brand have reduced their price to reflect the correct selling price from Versace the brand BUT Luisaviaroma have reduced this same item only to £550, still wanting to make over £162 more on these shoes. Nobody will buy these shoes for that price knowing very well that the store Versace and other stores have reduced the price to £398.

Je tiens à avertir les potentiels clients que ce site est à éviter absolument. J'ai passé une commande de plus de 450€ pour un cadeau, que je n'ai jamais reçu. Après les avoir contactés, j'ai entamé une longue conversation de plus d'un mois. Finalement, ils m'ont simplement suggéré de porter plainte. Lorsque je leur ai demandé si une preuve de dépôt de plainte entraînerait un remboursement, ils ont répondu par la négative. Ils m'ont seulement promis de relancer la même enquête qui m'a déjà valu plus de 40 mails. Une expérience extrêmement frustrante et décevante.

I received used products, it was as if someone had opened them, used them, and without even trying to hide this just chucked them back into the box. There were parts of one earring it that were stuffed in another products’ plastic bag. One was completely worn out.
And I checked, the box wasn’t opened by customs or anything
It literally came that way
Never again

EDIT:
They replied saying its 3 months late lol, never mind their order was late because they only entered the suburb address and not the street on the label and I was on vacation which created a WHOLE hassle and delay in me getting the order
And
They never once asked for photos or anything, be careful folks, these are high value items and its just not worth it!
