Articolo ordinato di lunedì, oggi è giovedì e ancora appare in lavorazione.. capisco che è periodo di saldi, ma come tutti anche altri siti fanno i saldi, e perlomeno spediscono in tempi ragionevoli.
Non si sa quando verrà spedito l'ordine, se chiami l'assistenza ti rispondono dalla Croazia e non sanno dare informazioni neanche loro.

Six working days have passed and the order has not been shipped yet. Feels like a scam. (Order placed on the 15th, today is the 23rd)
They replied this is due to high volume of orders during sales. Well, I am sorry. If you do have such volume you should reinforce staff or offer free express delivery of advice clearly upon placing of the order.
I will not repeat with this trader and I do not recommend.

10€ di spedizione e il pacco è stato spedito il terzo giorno lavorativo da quando ho ordinato (quando sul sito in teoria dice 1-2 giorni)
Corriere DHL che prende in carico il pacco il martedì e consegna VENERDÍ (forse! Perchè oggi è giovedì e mi hanno chiamata dicendo che arriverà domani quindi dopo TRE giorni lavorativi.) devo aspettare 3 giorni avendo pagato 10€ di spese di spedizione per fare il tratto Firenze - Napoli?!
Come se non bastasse ho provato a scrivere sia via mail che via Instagram al brand e non ho ricevuto risposte!! Assistenza clienti quindi inesistente!
PESSIMI. Mi auguro almeno che il pacco e il prodotto all’interno siano perfetti.

"Misleading information about shipping"
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I opted for Express Shipping, which costs €26 instead of €16, because I needed my order within 1 to 2 business days. Unfortunately, it turns out that the shipping time is separate from the processing time, which is misleading.
Additionally, I have been trying to cancel my order, but that is not possible either. The customer service is very poor and unhelpful. It has been 4 days, and my order is still 'processing' and has not been dispatched.
Luivisaroma covers themselves in the replies below by only guaranteeing delivery times 'after processing' but never addresses the fact that they do not tell customers how long processing takes. Do not buy from here if you need your item anytime soon. It's pretty ridiculous.

Trading in the U.K. but have no understanding of U.K. law and consumer statutory rights. Return policy does not comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. They are making a ridiculous amount of money unlawfully retaining the standard outbound delivery charge (£16) on returned orders. Customer service is completely useless and incompetent. Go-to response seems to be to refer customers to their terms and conditions and returns policy - which of course is the very problem, as it does not comply with U.K. law. Unfortunately they do not seem to understand this or are perhaps unwilling to. I can only imagine how much money they are making by retaining such charges. Avoid. They do not have a U.K. establishment, which makes it very difficult to get any form of legal redress through the usual route of issuing a money claim online. If you are buying luxury items, make sure you buy from a U.K. company or an international company with a U.K. establishment to protect your statutory rights.
Re response - offering a free return does not make you compliant with UK law. Please seek legal advice.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SHIP VIA DHL WHICH HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH THE COMPNAY DID NOT WANT TO TAKE MY RETURN BACK.
