scandaleux, j’ai payé 26 euros pour une livraison express (soi disant 4 jours ouvrés MAXIMUM)
J’ai commandé le 16 juillet,
nous sommes le 22 et la commande n’est toujours pas EXPÉDIÉE malgré mes relances au service client, ils sont NULS. c’est honteux je ne recommenderait jamais à quiconque de commander sur ce site.
Pour la concurrence je vous conseille Otrium avec qui j’en n’ai jamais eu de soucis

Ordine effettuato il 11.07 ad oggi(10 giorni)ancora in lavorazione,neanche una mail di circostanza,nulla di nulla.mi aspetto la solita risposta preconfenzionata (alto volume di ordini,saldi etc)ma nulla che possa giustificare un simile atteggiamento.spedizione 10 euro ma di express a questo punto mi pare non ci sia nulla.Non si può neanche revocare l'ordine se non,quando sarà effettuare il reso perdendo i 10 euro.spiace prima esperienza pessima

Ordinato una borsa di lusso lunedi 15/07 e ad oggi 22/07 non è NEMMENO stata spedita, spedizione pagata €10 e un servizio LENTISSIMO. Oltretutto la signorina del servizio clienti sgarbata.

My order is still processing after 8days .and they keeps telling the same lies. I Will never buy from them again.i have emailed them so many’s time to cancel the order since I don’t need it anymore they telling me they can’t cancel it because it been processed but it still processing after 8 days now I have received any update till now . No money and No order received

I placed an order on July 15, 2024, and as of now, it's still stuck in "processing" status with no sign of shipping. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service, I have received nothing but silence or unhelpful responses. esperienza orribile che non è ancora finita perché sto aspettando da 4 settimane il mio ordine.
servizio clienti che non risponde se non si fa una segnalazione tramite il call center, e non hanno ancora emesso il rimborso delle spese di spedizione “per venirmi incontro”.
riescono solo a risponderti “il suo pacco verrà spedito presto” senza comunicare le problematiche e i tempi lunghissimi di attesa.
