"Very bad experience! Avoid them! "

I regret that i didn’t see all these reviews before I placed the order. I ordered shoes on 19.07 and paid for express delivery of 1-2 days. Today is 24.07 and my order is still processing without any information from them when will be delivered. I called and emailed them several times but I did not receive any feedback from them. For the website that is selling luxury and expensive items this is unacceptable. I am in Italy at the moment and I am planing to call market inspection to check their business as they cannot treat the customers like this.

Spedizione a 10 euro e in sette giorni non sono riusciti a spedire...contattati via mail non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere. Di certo non farò più acquisti.

Placed an order that a week later is still processing. Contacted via email to request a refund and cancellation of the order as would be out of the country for a month and they refused claiming it couldn't be cancelled even though it hadn't been dispatched.

No attempt to help or suggest, no predicted dispatch date.

"When Will It Ship"

I ordered on July 17th. My order is still processing. It says that the item is in stock. I contacted customer service and received an email stating my item will arrive eventually. This is not acceptable. Most high-end items arrive within 2 days. This is my first time shopping with LUISAVIAROMA and it makes me very nervous and question the authenticity of the item I purchased. I have never received this type of treatment with high-end items.

I placed an order on July 15, and I paid for express shipping. My order is still processing and my son’s birthday is on July 30. The cite says a 2 to 3 day delay and today it is July 22nd which I am very nervous that this order won’t arrive before the 29th of July. I have contacted customer service many times and still no response!!!! Had I know that this was going to happen I would have definitely went with another business. This is unprofessional!!

"Tempi di Spedizione da Truffa! "

Ad oggi il mio ordine del 17 luglio 2024 risulta ancora in lavorazione.

Ovviamente ho già scritto varie volte facendo presente che ho bisogno di ricevere l’ordine entro e non oltre il 25 luglio in quanto trattasi di un regalo.

Ho acquistato un articolo NON in saldo con un costo di spedizione di 10 euro e sulla base delle condizioni contrattuali di spedizione (1/2 gg lavorativi) indicate sul sito. Si nascondono dietro la frase “ Durante il periodo di saldi o promozioni le spedizioni potranno richiedere tempi più lunghi”. Cosa vuol dire più lunghi? Mesi? Aspettiamo di tornare dalle vacanze?
La cosa ridicola e’ che non si può nemmeno annullare l’ordine prima di averlo ricevuto ed aver pagato 10 euro per una spedizione da Firenze a Milano! Prima ed ultima volta su questo sito truffa!

Unfortunately, there are some black stains on the dusty bags, not products. Although I’m a Platinum member, emailed them for some reparations, they refused it and only accepted return……

Ordine fatto il 16 luglio, nessuna notizia nonostante abbia scritto più volte e contattato il servizio clienti. Non si sa nulla. Spedizione express 10 euro senza senso visto che non spediscono.
Per correttezza aggiungo,a modifica della mia recensione, che oggi, 23 luglio, il pacco è stato spedito. Spero che anche gli altri che hanno scritto qui abbiano risolto.
