Nul !!
Alors ok le prix est intéressant mais franchement l’expérience d’achat est médiocre et gâche tout.
Pour un soit disant magasin de luxe, c’est limite.
4 jours que j’ai passé commande pour une sacoche Jacquemus et rien.
Aucun retour de mes différents mails au service client.
On trouve bien plus professionnel ailleurs.

Ho preso due articoli,uno era palesemente il reso di qualcun altro(occhiali Gucci)..sporchi sui naselli. Ultimamente m interessava un offerta(collana Bicocchi) e acquistandola m é arrivata fuori dalla scatola originale sparsa nel polistirolo del pacco postale.

Unica pecca la spedizione paghi 10 euro ma come minimo ti arriva dopo 10 giorni. Prodotto impeccabile zaino north face pagato 45 euro in meno.

"Spedizioni lente, servizio clienti scarso"

Purtroppo le spedizioni sono lentissime ed il servizio clienti è inesistente.
Ordine non ancora spedito a distanza di 8 giorni e il servizio clienti al telefono continua a ripetere che è colpa dei saldi ma non mi fornisce indicazioni su quando spediranno il mio articolo.
La mia esperienza è decisamente negativa, vi sconsiglio di acquistare da loro..

"PROCESSING SINCE 10 DAY AGO"

Dear all,

Is my second time i ordered from Luisa via Roma (first time i`ve had an normal experience) But now with my order being placed on 17.07.2024 and is still processing that is a dissaster. I know you will send a message with your appologies about the proccesing delays for about 2-3 days but the main problem is i don`t neeed this generate apology, i want some facts not words. You should try youre best in order that everyone receives their orders in time!!!!!

"extremely bad customer service "

UPDATE two weeks after the cancellation of my order and I’m still waiting for my money. As always I send an email and still waiting for response.


I made an order last week. I paid 26 euros for express delivery. I week later the order is still processing. I send two emails for cancellation because I’m leaving tomorrow for a month and I won’t be able to receive the package or return it besides the fact that I paid for express delivery. I never got an answer from no one. The order is still processing. Extremely bad customer service and it’s at least upsetting that I paid extra 26 euros for express delivery and a week later I have no news.

"No reply from customer service"

Placed order on 19th, order is still processing for more than 4-5 days and I figured I ordered the wrong color so I email them to see if I can change the color.
No reply, and I emailed them to cancel the order and refund. no reply again

Called customer service and she asked me to send over an email for cancellation

I just want my money back now!
