Absolutely satisfied with this website. There are plenty of designer brands that can be bought at lower than retail price. The only drawback is the shipping cost (regardless of the amount spent).

I am extremely disappointed with Luisaviaroma's service. I placed an order over one week ago and it is still processing, despite the website stating a 2-4 day shipping timeframe. I emailed two days ago to cancel the order but received no response.
I also contacted customer service by phone. The representative I spoke with, who only spoke English, told me there was nothing they could do and that this delay was normal. How can this be normal when the website clearly states a 2-4 day shipping timeframe?
I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and no one will be available to receive the package. I was told over the phone that the package had already been shipped, which is a lie. This is completely unacceptable and I am very disappointed with this experience.

Unfortunately I have to rate my latest shopping only with one star, if there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I placed an order, payed for it and nothing was shipped! Also nobody from customer service is answering my emails. I guess I just lost my money. Cool...

C'est très mauvais,j'ai fait une commande de 356€ le 23 juillet et le colis n'est toujours pas expédié alors que j'ai payé la livraison express.On me dit qu'il y a beaucoup de commandes mais au prix où l'on paye ce n'est pas normal !
