È la prima volta che acquisto su questo sito e penso sia anche l’ultima.
Ho effettuato un ordine pagando 10 € per la spedizione, quindi mi aspetto che in 1/2 giorni il pacco arrivi a destinazione invece lo vedo sempre in LAVORAZIONE e nessuno del servizio clienti sa dirmi quando partirà.
Esperienza pessima 10 € per aspettare il pacco che arrivi non si sa quando.

Pessima esperienza.Ho acquistato online pagando 10 euro di spedizione express per ricevere il pacco in 1/2 giorni. Dopo 9 giorni il pacco non era ancora arrivato. Ho chiamato il loro servizio clienti e nessuno sapeva darmi risposte o quantomeno risolvere il problema. Ho chiamato il negozio e anche loro nulla. Pacco mai arrivato e servizio clienti pessimo!!! Tutto molto sgradevole è assurdo.

Non è possibile che ti vengano addebitati 10€ per la spedizione express, ma del pacco neanche l’ombra!! L’ordine risulta in lavorazione da 7 giorni ormai…capisco tempi più lunghi dovuti a periodi di saldi come dicono loro, ma almeno avessero la decenza di non obbligarti a pagare 10 euro per una spedizione express che di express non ha proprio nulla!

L’assistenza clienti, su mia segnalazione dice, con tono arrogante e maleducato:”non si può sapere quando partirà il suo pacco, potrebbe volerci anche UN MESE!!”
ARROGANTI, IGNORANTI, NON PROFESSIONALI, MALEDUCATI, INSOLENTI ED INDOLENTI.
NON comprate da questi signori!! Io farò ricorso a PAYPAL (Santo Paypal) dopo di che cercherò di dimenticare questa esperienza orribile

"I’ve been trying to contact your…"

I’ve been trying to contact your company for days about order T0011615437. It still says processing and i desperately need it before I leave for holiday next week. It’s been more than the estimated shipping time. Also my first order T0011612126 was cancelled without my knowledge. Then I received an email that says “ As per our previous email, while performing a routine check of your transaction, we were unable to confirm the details of your payment information. Therefore, your order has been cancelled and we have issued a refund.”. No one ever tried to contact me and now the items are not in stock

"I ordered in the past on Luisaviaroma…"

I ordered in the past on Luisaviaroma and usually customer service was reactive but this time i returned my order T0011569044, they have received it almost a week ago (WB/2024/87836) and I still haven't received my refund. The return is still marked as "generated" on my account and I contacted customer service and they didn't reply. I don't understand why it takes ages to process returns but given the price of items & the amounts your client spend on your website (we're not ordering 3€ Shein or H&M tshirts), we expect to have our money back quickly when we return something and have a proper Customer Service and fast return service. I know you're using GXO Logistics as your provider but you should consider changing because this is not acceptable for a luxury retailer to bo so slow at processing return and it's clearly a downside that can prevent me to order again...

"Horrible service for a luxury retailer"

Horrible service for a luxury retailer, please don’t take chances overseas, I happen to be in Europe currently and it’s still taking this long- all the while i paid for express delivery.
I ordered a pair of Rene Caovillas that still appears to be in stock. Only once I placed the order did I receive a notice that they were experiencing delays. I’ve emailed since the 18th of July and have still not heard back … received no tracking number or nothing, I needed these asap as I’m set to return home soon so Ive had no choice but to cancel.
