"The worst security service..."
We've had this service since 2019. It has NEVER worked properly. We had to replace the doorbell at least 3 times, we had to increase our internet bandwidth for it to work properly. That didn't work. Our contract ended June of this year. Sent them a notification to cancel the service because we didn't want them anymore. Didn't get a response back until October saying we have to send a signed copy of the cancellation to them. Sent that and they are still saying we owe them money. I've been sending them cancellation emails since April. They are refusing to let us out of our contract. We don't even use the alarm. We have a new service. This company is the worst!! Don't ever use them for home security!!

"Unreliable and Dishonest..."
This is absolutely the worst home security company, or any company really, that I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. We spent lot of money on equipment and it took TWO MONTHS for the install to finally get finished because the installer couldn’t ever get it all done in one trip, then he would flake out and take weeks to come back to install more stuff. After 3 trips over 2 months, I finally got all of my cameras, panel and locks installed. Two weeks after FINALLY having it finished, the alarm panel did an overheat shutdown and wouldn’t turn back on. The tech, once again, flaked out three times in one week to come replace the panel. They lie about everything. The tech was supposed to come today and did not. I had a missed call from a number that I did not recognize, but NO voicemails and NO texts. When I called at 4 (the tech was supposed to be here between 12:30-2:30) I was told a note in the system said they left me a voicemail and sent me a text to let me know he isn’t coming. I told her that is not true, and she told me the system said the note says otherwise and she doesn’t know why they didn’t deliver. They didn’t deliver because it didn’t happen! I have RoboKiller and it says “caller hung up during screening” for the number they called from! I also had a few text messages from other unknown numbers/numbers that aren’t saved in my phone and NONE of them were from Fluent. Interesting how I was receiving everyone else’s texts and voicemails, from contacts and unknowns, except for theirs. The customer service sucks. The service sucks. The reliability isn’t there at all. If I could give them zero stars or lower I would. Buyer beware. They don’t care at all about the customers once they get that equipment money out of you. I strongly advise against this company. It’s been months of headaches and I still don’t have a working system.

I never usually leave reviews but think I should warn people to stay far away from this company. We put our account on hold while we were building our home and have had nothing but issues with them since. They continued to bill after we had called and put the account on hold. (they never sent us any bills. We only found out about this balance when we got a call from collections) They are refusing to clear this balance for us and we have spent several hours on the phone with them trying to get this sorted out only to be told that someone will call us back, which they do not. We have reached out to BBB to help us and Fluent has not responded to them either. They are continuing to bill us and won't put our account on hold until we pay the charges that we never should have had to begin with. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
