Really happy with the service from Snowdonia. My parcel arrived on time, the three cheeses in the order all have July/August use by dates. The Black Bomber is absolutely delicious.

"So it happens...."

So it happens, order arrived wrong and with short shelf life. I emailed with photos and had a response within 24hrs telling me they were sorry and would sort out the issue. The following day I recieved my replacement items. Brilliant product, both cheeses and chutneys. This has been matched by thier customer survice which I am so pleased about, as this means I can go back with confidence for future orders.

Terrible customer service, I received cheese that was moldy, sent them the pictures and got ignored.

Received an order before Christmas which arrived promptly and packed as always, very well. The four cheeses were excellent as always so five stars is appropriate. All the cheeses had a three month or even four month use by date which is excellent. I have not had the experience of some people below who had much less time on their use by dates, but I would certainly not be happy if use by dates were imminent and not at least two or three months in advance. However the dates on mine were excellent so as always extremely happy with this company

"Mistake rectified quickly…"

Have used this company for some time and not had problems before. This time when a 2kg block was delivered it was past its best before date. I contacted the company - they replied with 15 minutes and sent a replacement order with a little extra as compensation.
I shall certainly continue using them as the cheese - Red Devil - is superb.
