"Great cheese but appalling customer service"

I have purchased online from Snowdonia Cheese multiple times. I love the cheese but the customer service is appalling. I recently placed an order which was confirmed and delivered the following day. When I opened the delivery, I found that my order was incomplete. I was able to verify this, as the gross weight of the parcel was clearly printed on the delivery label. If my order had been complete, the parcel would have weighed more. I was very cross, as this was the third time this had happened. I attempted to call Customer Services but I was just kept on hold. I called again the following day and I held for a very long time before eventually hearing a message saying that no one was available to take calls as they were extremely busy, so leave a message. Someone would call me back in due course but it would be at least 72 hours. I heard nothing. They are still taking orders online but are not interested in existing customers who have had problems with their orders. I will never buy from this company again.

"Customer Service To Die For"

I ordered a gift hamper online direct from the company for delivery to my Dad for his birthday. Normally, I would have the package delivered to me, however we were going away for a few days and I was concerned about keeping the cheese cold. Unfortunately, I didn’t amend the delivery address and before I knew it had completed my order which would be delivered to me. I immediately realised my mistake and telephoned Snowdonia Cheese and spoke to a lovely lady who amended the delivery address so the cheese would go direct to my Dad’s house.
I received a text from DPD informing me of the delivery time and was able to warn my Dad he should expect a delivery. The next text I got from DPD was to tell me the parcel had been left in a safe place. When I opened the delivery photo I saw MY front porch, not my Dad’s!!
I again contacted Snowdonia Cheese and spoke to the same lady, who was ever so apologetic, despite this whole issue originating from my mistake! She promised to put another hamper in the post for delivery the following day to my Dad. This turned up as promised, much to his and my delight!
A bit long winded, I know, but this is the kind of customer service that many companies could learn from. The willingness to help was outstanding and I thank them wholeheartedly.
By the way, the cheese is also delicious!

"NEVER buy direct from the company"

NEVER buy direct from the company as I was not happy with the best before dates, far far better best before dates are from Deli’s. The reply after contacting the company was pathetic and incredibly dismissive. As a business they are disinterested in individuals and it’s quite clear they couldn’t care less. Really really bad.

"Great Christmas Gifts Delivered Promptly!"

I left some Christmas gifts a bit late and was in need of some cheese hamper type gifts. Unfortunately, a lot of places I looked were either sold out or all delivery slots before Christmas were booked up!

Thankfully, I was able to purchase a couple of really nice sets from Snowdonia cheese, which went down a treat!

They were delivered in a coolbox via a tracked courier, so I didn't have to worry too much (especially considering postal delays because of COVID and with it being Christmas!)

Overall I have no complaints, as I got my order in plenty time before Christmas. Would definitely look into ordering again if I were in need of more cheese related gifts!

"Great Cheese Great Service"

Ordered a Hamper for my family as a gift for Christmas. They thoroughly enjoyed it, they were so please and surprised but really impressed with the flavours of the cheese, I ordered the cheddar selection which was very creamy and delicious. I did mess the order up originally but a massive thank you to Gary and the Team for sorting the complication out. This is a great company to deal with and will be back for more :)

Good range of delicious cheese ordered online which arrived very promptly. A bit pricey, but no more than similar companies and you pay for quality!
