I had over 100m2 of tiles I needed for a garden project and had nothing but trouble and delays from Paving Superstore and/or their suppliers.
Website was easy enough to use but some samples just didnt turn up and some were delayed by 4 weeks (mainly Talasey I think). In fact I am still waiting for samples order over a month ago and have just had an email to say they have been shipped.
Trying to contact them was also frustrating - chat response time was about 35 mins and 40-45mins on phone.
In the end I ran out of time and patience and bought elsewhere, where the service and delivery times were superior in every way.

Excellent delivery, on time and careful driver. 3 breakages but considering the roads was amazed that wss all. Good product and reasonably priced.

The website is user friendly but when using the live chat to ask a question, I still hadn't received a response after 45 mins. There was a note to say the average wait time was 40 mins. I left it open whilst I searched Google on my phone just in case they replied sooner. I thought the live chat would've been quicker than calling - it seems not.
