I did have issues with over charging me on delivery by £40 but I did get a refund, but they did say as a gesture of good will ! I was never due the amount so I don’t know why it was a gesture of good will, the amount should never have been taken when I only authorised the invoice total

"Absolute shambles"
Absolute shambles, paid the asking price in full for a playhouse, several weeks after paying they asked for another £59 stating their supplier wanted more, so I paid it, was sent an email saying it would be dispatched at beginning of April, after i emailed 2 days ago I'm now told that due to a covid outbreak they can't dispatch until beginning of may, funny thing, I checked for covid outbreaks in UK and there have not been any. Very bad experience, never again

Although there was quite a delay in getting my patio I am very satisfied with the product now that it has arrived. Very good quality and well packed.

Very poor service. Took 3 weeks for delivery and only achieved once I had chased. Each telephone call took 1.5 to 2 hours to get through and then I was given false info twice. I was promised call backs which didn’t happen. Told delivery dates when the patio slabs weren’t even with the delivery company.
No criticism of the actual product but very stressful experience.
