Could say so much but just so worn out trying to get anything out of this company as they just dont give a dam about customer service. They must all have an honoury manager title as when you try to complain they are all suddenly managers?

Can never get a call back even after they say someone will.
Thought Paul who came out to check would be different to the dont care attitude we had been so used to from this company even though he said it was a rushed job!! That's why there was problems, not surprised after the fitters disappeared for 2 days and the managers we phoned didn't care.

Finally spoke to Simon the area manager and all he could keep saying was we stick to our contract?? Dont care about anything that the fitters damaged so said back to him as per your contract I'll sign when I'm totally satisfied??

Beware about this company they promise everything but deliver nothing. Wish we had read the reviews before, so our own fault for having had a cowboy company who care nothing for their customers

See if they finally turn up on the 19th and fix the problems orotherwise take it further. In MK4 3AG (No 22) so anyone local call in we'll show you how bad they are so you dont get caught out!!

"Stable door faulty"

we had a stable door fitted in March, however we have problems with it getting all weather roofline to deal with it to satisfaction is next to impossible despite them sending a technician twice to look at the proble, 3 months on and still no solution, will not be using them again.
Update:
Eventually after 4 months all-weather roofline have resolved the issue. As simple as the bolt was installed the wrong way up. Now the stable doors operates as it should and we are pleased with the door now it is resolved.

"Would Never do Business Again"

Disgusting customer service just kept repeating the same thing over and over again!!! I have never experienced such rudeness, all just reading from a script like robots.
Missing screws from the installation and door had to be adjusted by area manager.
Still waiting for insulating strip to finish off the job that we told would be sent to us to avoid anyone having to come back.
Not the door or colour we originally ordered but agreed to the change in order to get the door fitted and not have to wait any longer.
We were understanding of the situation with getting hold of materials has been very difficult during this pandemic but there is no excuse for poor customer service.
Would never ever ever do business with this company again! I was looking to get all my windows and doors done but not after this experience.

It all started off so well; salesman Matt was really good - not pushy, was polite and helpful, got us a pretty good price. All went downhill from there. The 'surveyor' was a bit of a joke, had trouble using a tape measure (!!!). Then I was told the company didn't have the 'right' gutter. Then after a quick look behind a shed somewhere, they apparently found some. So we agreed a date for the work. On the day, the fitters turned up and straight away said 'can't do this job, surveyor has got the quantities all wrong'. This slighly astonishing, but in hindsight not surprising oversight, was sorted and eventually the job was completed and they left. Later that day my dog trod on a bit of scrap wood from the roof which had nails sticking out. I checked around and found a bucket load of fascia offcuts, scrap, bits of wood, nails, bits of mortar etc left all round the garden by the fitters, which I duly cleared up. Plus I'm still waiting, 5 weeks later, for the final gutter fixings to be completed, despite promises this would be done within a week. What a joke. Save yourself a load of grief and steer well clear of these incompetents. Pay your hard-earned cash to a professional company, not this bunch of clowns.

UPDATE 17/6/21 - they have asked for 'more information' to help them deal with the issues raised in this review....should be interesting to see what this means, and what their reply is...

UPDATE 25/6/21 - date now agreed for the completion of the work I paid for. End in sight. EXCEPT that Trustpilot sent me an email yesterday, part of which says -

UPDATE 1/7/21 DON'T NEED A CRYSTAL BALL....phone call from AWR this morning, the 'engineer' is unable to make it today, suggested rebook date offerred to me is more than 2 weeks time. Is this getting personal? Or is it a typical worst customer service, take-the-money-and-run type of cheap shoddy low rent company. You decide.

UPDATE 5/7/21 Well, this is beginning to feel like a twice-weekly routine. Still waiting for a callback by a 'manager' from Thursday last, to discuss finishing this work I paid for so so so long ago. This lot are slack, unprofessional, got-the-money-so-don't-give-a-toss *****s. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

UPDATE 15/7/21 Well, as I type this, an 'engineer' is stood outside my house scratching his head, not sure what to do. He has no parts, no instructions from AWR, no idea. I've asked to speak to his manager but apparently the guy is only in the office 2 days a week and isn't available. Absolutely effing useless.

This company went the extra mile for me. we had quote from several companies as we wanted to replace all windows in 24 year old house including front and back door along with conservatory roof. We decided to go with these as they offered to do the complete job including the conservatory roof. We had to wait from November until March as we wanted grey colour and with COVID and suppliers struggling to produce parts we completely understood. The installers were exceptional and completed all windows and doors, and conservatory in 2 days. (These guys worked their socks off) the conservatory has a plastered ceiling and Dean came along, prepared the roof and plastered the ceiling. The electrics including spot lights were done by Jamie everything went to plan, a couple of teething issues that Maria in the office sorted and we were kept in the loop when things would be put right. The quality of the products is excellent and will last may years to come.
