Rang up on Tuesday to arrange a quote for a conservatory ..was told Thursday @6.30.. it's now Sunday no salesman ..no phone call...
Hi thanks for the reply..I phoned the Doncaster number again on Monday ..all the details were correct and was told someone would call me from the Leeds office .. still no call..I'll use somebody else

Shout out to the installers - really great bunch of lads. Read the negative reviews and really don't get it. Had complete window and door installation and really, really happy. I guess don't believe everything you read. All Weather... happy for customers to make contact and I'll show them my windows!

Windows fitted in our property 8 years ago, now misting up. Their 10 year Guarantee does not cover it, apparently covers just the frames! Just be aware when ordering.

The door looks fantastic and was fitted in just a few hours. The fitters were very efficient and made a great job with no fuss. They cleared up thoroughly when finished and took the old one away. I’m so pleased with the work and communication was good from the start. The work was followed up by a manager and a call to see if I was happy with everything The salesman who called initially wasn’t at all pushy and I got a great deal. Firms like this are a rarity these days. Highly recommended to anyone

"Happy with the finished results but…"

Happy with the finished results but communication needs work.

We placed an order for French doors (with structural work) and a new composite front door in January. The sales approach was very old-school, so perhaps a bit more pressure than would be expected today - however we were happy with the finance options and price and the salesman was helpful.

We had some issues with the original install date in March. The day before the installation date we were told the door was damaged and they didn't have another in stock.

We kept in touch for a few weeks and nothing seemed to improve, after a few weeks of this I spoke with someone else who explained that there was a supply issue with the particular type of moulded door we wanted. Once we settled on one things moved more quickly and we got a date in early April, again there was a push back on dates because of crew availability and we ended up with it late April.

The French Doors required quite a bit of work because our lintel needed to be raised and our house is fairly old and the guys seemed to know what they were doing. Work was carried out quickly and all the plastering / clean up was to a good standard.

Overall I'm really pleased with the finished results although the journey was a bit stressful. The composite door feels very solid and the seal is excellent, we also love the style. The French windows have completely transformed the kitchen.

We have a couple more windows that will require structural work and I will certainly come back for a quote.
