Très mauvais service et communication. J'ai demandé un transfert d'investissement de Wealthsimple vers une autre institution financière il y presque deux mois. Le chèque n'a jamais été reçu par l'autre institution. Je suis au quatrième suivi téléphonique avec un agent Wealthsimple qui n'est pas capable d'offrir aucune solution et qui n'a toujours pas d'information sur l'état de mon transfert. J'ai demandé s'il y a une autre personne (bureau de plaintes) qui peut traiter ma demande, et j'ai juste été "servie" avec un autre "on s'occupe de votre cas", mais l'on ne peut pas vous faire de promesse quand au moment où ça va être réglée!!!. C'est ma pire expérience avec une institution financière et j'espère juste être capable de récuper mon argent.

I have been using Wealthsimple roboadvisor account for over 3 years now. I have TFSA and RRSP plans in there. Very easy to use, low fees and I am loving it.
Recently I also signed up for their Wealthsimple Trade account which charges $0 fees for stock trades, its been fun. Its only available on a mobile app right now, I would love to see Wealthsimple Trade on a web browser, I like placing my trades when I am on my desktop.
