"I might be one of the lucky ones"
I think I probably got lucky because they didn't deliver what I purchased and I didn't have to go thru a return. Anyway, my experience is pretty much like other comments I've found on the web. I googled this company. Looks like they sell overstock, surplus, return items, etc for other companies. Sell thru *** and such. Within a few hours of my order on *** I got an email the item was shipped and they posted a charge to my credit card. *** says 'carrier picked up package' but when I use the *** tracking, the item was never picked up. Five days later, item still not picked up. When I contacted them they said it was the carrier's fault. They said *** didn't update the tracking number and wait another couple of days and if not updated by then, they would ship a replacement. Ok, so I waited 4 days more and nothing. This time they said, "sorry for the inconvenience, do you want a refund or replacement". I said, "replacement" and then within 30 mins, "sorry but we're out of stock" and we're cancelling your order and expect a refund 3-5 days. Wow, they charged my card within hours of my order but now I'm supposed to wait another 3-5 business days for a refund. No way. I contacted *** and demanded a refund or I would file a dispute with my card company. I did get a refund the next day but the order was never canceled. I had to go back to *** and cancel the order.
To summarize, they charged my order almost the same time they got my order, then offered to send a replacement, then blamed delays on the carrier, and again offered a replacement and then canceled my order saying they didn't have the item in stock.
So why would a company waste my time like this? The feedback from customers on ***, it's a common complaint but what does this company get out of it? My theory, and it's just my opinion, but I think they don't sell stock they have in hand. Or they do have other stock but also oversell. When they get an order, they create a shipping label and make believe it's shipped so they can ask *** to charge your card and they say "here's the tracking number". That boosts their sales numbers so they go back to the distributor or whoever and claim their sales numbers are bigger than they are because they don't balance sales with actual deliveries; actually completed transactions. I think they're probably manipulating their clients as much as their customers, and getting away with it because it's difficult to complain. Might not be illegal but it's deceptive and dishonest. If you read the seller feedback on *** they're rating is around 90% and the other %, comments are similar to mine but in every case, *** says it's not the seller's fault. I don't know why they allow this kind of activity because it's clearly deceptive but at least they haven't deleted the buyer comments. And I'm glad I didn't get the item because then I'd probably be a real pickle.
Btw, there's another popular website that gives this company an A+ rating, the highest they can give and yet there are dozens of complaints there too. There's not one positive review of the company and yet they've given them an A+ rating.
You might be wondering why I would buy from them knowing what I know now. Simple. I buy a lot of stuff on *** and I just didn't note carefully that this was sold and fulfilled by a third party. Even if I had though, the buyer comments were mostly positive unless you scrolled thru several pages and like I said, *** left a note in each case that it wasn't the seller's fault. So how am I supposed to know?

"I ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and…"
I ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and didn’t get it out of the box til the first week of July. On July 27th the pump stopped working completely. Was told there’s literally nothing that can be done bc it’s passed the 30 day window, no replacement, no refund, no returns! This company sounds like a scam and I’ll make sure everyone I know never orders from this company ever again.

"If there was only a -100 rating I would…"
If there was only a -100 rating I would be happy Ordered and received an item via WISH.com from spreetail but got the item missing 4 parts and I had to go out and buy the missing parts to make the piece complete. SPREETAIL dicked me around on response for 3 days because they simply are lying garbage criminals!

"I ordered a bounce house with pool 2…"
I ordered a bounce house with pool 2 day shipping I never received item. Called Walmart they said they don’t have anything to do with it that I need to dispute with my bank to receive a refund. Then I spoke with spreetail customer service they said the same thing. I don’t understand why I have to dispute with my bank if the company that I purchased from should be reliable. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from a third party or from Walmart again.

"Refund scam"
Got rollerblades as a wedding gift, they did not fit so I returned them. Lied about refunding the item, so I had to spend 1 hour going through Amazon customer service to get a refund. Company run by thieves.

"My turn- Spreetail is a waste of time and effort"
My turn! Ordered item through Walmart but it turned out to be a 3rd party fulfillment, my first & last experience with Spreetail. Item didn't show up in the time assigned. They blamed USPS for having software problems with updating tracking, inferring the item was on its way, but it didn't make sense that a claimed info delay made for an actual late package. They sent a replacement item and the exact same thing happened. It was now 2 weeks since my order was placed and nothing showed up and there was no indication anything had ever been sent. I cancelled. 3 weeks after my initial order, the item shows up. I was no longer interested so I put the package in my laundry room for a future return, I was thinking they should have the pleasure of waiting 3 weeks for the return and could wonder if it was on its way during that time. But no, they had Walmart threaten to charge me for the cancelled item if it wasn't returned within 5 days. They seem to be better at returns than fulfilling orders. Too much of my time wasted along with the inevitable frustration, aggravation and negative thoughts. Never again! Why do they have a business ? EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT following reply: There is no need to provide you with my number, the item as been returned and Walmart issued a refund/cancelled the order many days before the item arrived in July. It was a committed 2- day delivery from early to mid-June. I am trying hard to erase it from my memory so I am not going to dig up the specific dates as it was not a positive experience. What was aggravating was the apparently incorrect information Customer Service provided that they could "see" the package tracking info that I could not and that the item was actually on its way back to them when it apparently wasn't the case. The increasingly unbelievable scripted explanations only lengthened the waste of time.Like now, I add more time to dealing with them here. I am simply stating my experience so that anyone who makes the effort to explore whether they want to work with them can read this and then decide for themselves what they want to do. Spreetail is certainly welcome to improve and for anyone else's future purchases I hope that is what they choose to do. Spreetail or its Parent Company/Partners need not ask to contact me again.

"Another Negative Review"
Like other reviewers here, I totally regret my purchase that involved this company. First I received the wrong item, then they wanted me to print and schedule the pick up of the return. And then, my original ordered item was supposedly shipped and ended up lost on a truck after the FedEx tracking specified that it was out for delivery! $400 and the only thing I have is a lot of wasted time and a very bad headache. To top it all off, their emails refer you to a bogus email address for assistance that is supposedly answered 24/7. Everything about Spreetail, LLC just smells BAD as far as professional and competent service.

"DO NOT order ANYTHING from this…"
DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company, EVER! I ordered a $335 porch swing as a gift for my dad and when the weather got warm and we got it out to put it together, there were only 5 wooden posts in the box. I contacted them and they told me that since it's outside the return window, there's nothing they would do about it. It's absolutely ridiculous that they won't take fault in their own mistakes and work to make them right. You've been warned, don't be scammed like I was. I would give this ZERO stars if I could...

"I purchased an item from Spreetail as a Walmart customer"
06/19/22: UPDATE - After I contacted Walmart's executive offices, my complaint was addressed through their escalations department. Walmart came through in the end by forcing this company to refund my money. The company itself replied to all my online reviews with the same useless "contact us". I had already had multiple contacts with their customer service department with no resolution.
I purchased an item from Spreetail as an outside seller through Walmart with the expectation that Walmart will support its customers as they do with items purchased directly from Walmart. Apparently that is not the case. WHY is Walmart allowing a seller like Spreetail to continue to operate under Walmart's business name when the seller consistently gets ONE-STAR reviews? I was sold a defective inflatable kayak. A kayak is not a pair of shoes!!! You need time to use it and evaluate whether the item works. A 30-day return policy is ridiculous for such an item. Two out of the three valves to inflate the kayak are defective. Therefore, after inflating the kayak, air comes back out. I tried to research and remedy the situation on my own. Thinking perhaps I was doing something incorrectly when inflating. NOPE! The product is defective!! That was my mistake in trying to not automatically return it which I should have done! When I contacted the company is was EIGHT days past the 30 days and they said "too bad"! Yes, we sold you a $220 defective kayak, but it is past 30 days since it was delivered. Therefore, we don't have to do anything to correct our thievery of your money!! SHAME ON WALMART for allowing this to take place. Based on the reviews this is a common theme with the seller Spreetail. Walmart, why are you not taking responsibility for allowing a fraudulent seller to conduct business under your name? Spreetail is obviously a substandard, scam company. But I expect better from Walmart! Sam Walton would be mortified at the way Walmart treats its customers today!! It is all about making the money and nothing about customer satisfaction.

"14 in kids bike"
We purchased a bike for my granddaughter from Target whom used Spreetail as a third party - what came was a wind spinner with a label in my name and address with a brief description of what I was suppose to get - no one clearly double checked box vs label. I called Target twice today attempting to get this resolved / corrected who called Spreetail twice as well only to have attempt to contact Spreetail direct to get what I need only to get nothing less then the run around. They will get their wind spinner back I am sure the bike I ordered will never come. Makes me think twice going forward using them as well as ordering off line at Target again.
*** to update they "say" a new bike has been shipped - we will see what I get this time **
**FINALLY** Got the bike! Should not have to fight this hard to get what you ordered and paid for.
