Hi!
I've sent two emails but got no response regarding shipment #REG2100GB01892594501.
I know that the retailer has also been in contact about the delivery several times and last time was advised to wait an additional 72 hours - this was on 18th November. The order still seems to be stuck in Venlo since the 4th according to the tracking.
Could you please provide an update on this?
EDIT status as of 1st Dec:
I did send the emails with the subject containing the reference number, I haven't gotten a reply since to either of them.
The retailer received a notification about the investigation but there's still no result. The order contained unfortunately an item that is out of stock now, so they couldn't resend that one to me.
The package is still in Venlo.
