One package shipped in 12 january still blocked in Venlo for 4 days (and increasing). I think it is more than enough 16 days to ensure delivering a package from UK to Spain, right?

Parcel has been stuck at Basildon when it should have been delivered by now. Not sure what’s going on as previous parcels have been delivered 2 days later after reaching Basildon!!!

I actually called FedEx for information and they told me that the link I was provided which starts fcbtracking.fedex.com isn't FedEx. Who are you? Where is my parcel?! Am I going to get my package?

My parcel WIG1872GB00588762501 is stuck in Venlo at site scan for 3 working days now. Before that, it stood at Basildon between 13th and 18th. I kind of expected a delay due to Brexit. I wrote an email yesterday to info p2p mail but didn't got any answer yet. I expected the delivery at 22th january...Can you tell me when I will get my parcel?
