"where's my order...it's been a month!"
Good evening,
Well I have ordered a SMEG water boiler from CookingLife a Portuguese website vendor with headquarters in The Netherlands or something like that and I'm still waiting for my package which should've taken from 5 to 8 biz days or so the website says and it was ordered on Dec 30th so well before knowing we'd be locked down again yet I've received orders from further away after 3 days or ordering so don't tell me there may be delays on postal services as from what the tracking number tracking website says it's been stuck in Basildon since Dec 30th and still nothing...it was supposed to be a Xmas gift but thanks to Basildon.. the gifted person and I are getting impatient..it's been too long it doesn't make sense why! Please release and send us the package already....we're starting to feel scammed.
Well I give you credit for this and will update my satisfaction to YOUR service since you were so fast to reply and I really appreciate that! Just sent te email you mentioned. THANK YOU!

"Es hat erstmal zwei Wochen gedauert"
Es hat erstmal zwei Wochen gedauert, bis die Bestellung nach Deutschland kam, aus irgendeinem Grund war sie laut tracking zwischendurch in Österreich. Naja, am Freitagmorgen freute ich mich dann als ich eine Email bekam in der Stand, dass meine Bestellung mit der Nummer BEA5533GB00163781101 geliefert wurde, laut dem tracking, jedoch hat weder jemand bei mir geklingelt, was ich definitiv mitbekomme, da ich im Homeoffice bin, noch habe ich einen Zettel/ Email bekommen an wen das Paket in unserem Mehrparteienhaus übergeben wurde. Ich wäre ihnen sehr verbunden, wenn sie nachgucken, ob ein Name oder sonstiges notiert wurde. Danke.

Never Again.
I waited 2months for p2p to deliver a package sent to their Basildon warehouse on December 3rd. After company failed to get any response they ended up having to refund me meanwhile the package sits in their warehouse. Seeing all these reviews I’m afraid to inform others do not expect to receive it. This company is incapable of completing the service they provide. Even with COVID and brexit it is no excuse. Shameful they are taking money from businesses who depend on online as they take parcels from them and then give them no response and leave them with no other choice to refund. I would of happily taken the order to be resent only I knew they would have to go through this company again and it really is not worth the hassle. Do not order from anyone using this company. Also their automated response says to email but they give the same story to everyone “we are investigating” but you or your retailer won’t actually get an answer to whether you will receive your delivery.

To your response below is absolutely laughable to attempt to blame the retailer when clear as day yous are at fault and judging by the tons of reviews similar.
YOUR COMPANY FAILED/REFUSED TO RESPOND TO THE RETAILER WHEN CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES BY THEM.
YOUR COMPANY DID NOT GIVE THEM ANY UPDATE.
THEY TRIED TO GET A RESPONSE FOR 3 WEEKS AND YOUR COMPANY DID NOT PROVIDE THE RETAILER.
2 months for a paid package and no update is a Diabolical failure of your service.
