Hola, me gustaría saber que ha pasado con mi pedido, me aparece "Retenido en aduanas sin razón específica" y lleva días sin actualizarse la información. El pedido es de Beauty Bay BEA5536GB00199660401, he hecho otros pedidos posteriores a la misma página enviados con Correos y no he tenido ningún problema.

I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday (31st March, 2021) but haven't received it yet. I have been tracking but the date got changed to today (1st April, 2021).

The tracking says it is in Basildon Depot and clicking on 'View More Tracking' takes me to Hermes' page where it says 'We're expecting it'.

I ordered it early so I'd get it before public holiday. And also this is within UK so I was expecting it to arrive on time.

"Three packages have gone missing and no one seems to know anything!!!"

Three packages have gone missing. I was told they were held up due to Brexit. Two were going to France and one to Sweden all from the USA. They were shipped almost three months ago!!! I was given three tracking numbers that worked on the trackmytrakpak website, but when FedEx redirected that domain to their own FedEx Cross Border website all of the sudden the three tracking numbers stopped working and there was no record of the packages. Where are they?!?!

Here are the three non-working tracking numbers that previously worked when the original TrakPak website was still up:

What really upsets me is I was told everything was fine for almost three months and they were stuck in the UK due to Brexit and now they have gone missing?!?!

I called your Basildon depot on 01268 533114, but the customer service option does not work, and the email address given bounces back.

"People seem to experiencing the same…"

People seem to experiencing the same issues here. My delivery was expected on the 29th, but had been stuck at the Basildon depot since that morning, with no updates to the status since then. I have chased my retailer on three of four occasions, with no response, and FED ex directly, but they can’t assist as the tracking numbers provided don’t relate to anything on there system.

This company is, by the looks of other reviews on here, quite appalling - both in the turnaround of parcels, and the lack of response.

Please can I have an urgent update - I have paid in excess of 240.00 for goods of which I have no idea when or if they’ll arrive.

El pedido me debería haber llegado sobre el día 22 de marzo, sin embargo me dice que el pedido no ha podido ser entregado y que he de ir a recogerlo, pero no sé donde ir, fui a una oficina de correos y me han dicho que tengo que ir a otro lado ¿donde lo puedo ir a recoger? Gracias
