"Pacco fermo da 6 giorni in Olanda"

Buongiorno, ho effettuato un ordine su Zwift lo scorso 16 febbraio. Il Pacco risulta partito il 17 ma dal 18 alle ore 8:18 risulta fermo al centro smistamento di Venlo in Olanda (codice tracciamento: SEK0210NL26237680901). Quando arriverà il mio pacco? Avrei dovuto riceverlo entro 6 giorni lavorativi. Grazie.

Salve io ho fatto Un ordine da chainreaction e il giorno 17 di febbraio è avvenuta la spedizione con numero di tracking CRC0064GB00594930001 dovevo ricevere il pacco il giorno 20 febbraio vorrei sapere dove è finito Grazie.....

Seems like my order is stuck from the past 2 weeks. It was apparently shipped on 10th Feb and until 22 Feb there was no update. On 22 Feb, I got a new update which says 'Fedex Cross border process centre, Venlo, with a response code of 198. What is this exactly and when will be the shipment delivered? Moreover, is the shipment even in Netherlands?

J’ai commandais mon colis le 4 février il a était expédier le 8 sachant sa doit faire moins que 15 jours pour arriver au site colis privé il est marqué toujours en transit 16 jours sa a dépassé la limite je sais pas si j’aurais notifications pour dire qu’il arrivera sur ce site ou que mon colis est bloqué mais là je trouve un peu long je perd un peu ma confiance mon numéros suivi trakpak : CAP0460NL15913079501

"1 month with no movement"

my parcel has been at the fedex border thing for a month now and the retailer and i have not been able to get hold of the courier for an update.

the phone number doesn’t work, the email provided is wrong, their twitter account even redirects you to fedexeurope and they then say they don’t recognise the tracking number. at this point i just want a reply to my email at least.

EDIT: courier have continued to ignore my emails since asking me to send them ANOTHER email,

Pacco arrivato dall’Inghilterra un giorno dopo rispetto a quello scritto nell’ordine, considerando che viene dall’ GB e la presenza della dogana, il servizio per me è stato soddisfacente nel complesso. L’unica pecca è che il tracking si aggiorna lentamente. Ma comunque l’importante è che non sia arrivato in largo ritardo👍🏻
