"first and last time"
They took my money and I only got the automated order confirmation. They never shipped my package or answered any emails. Tried to cancel the order, but still no answer. Now I'm waiting if the paypal complaint is of any use. If they'd only answered my emails and told me a possible reason for the delay or whatever-it-is is going on and offered a solution it would have been a slightly better experience, even though disappointing.
I've seen MilitaryMart react to these online complaints but I just want my money back.
edit: So after some time I got an "order shipped" email, after being ignored on everything else, and the product actually arrived in a condition I was expecting. So I finally got what I wanted, but their customer service is low-tier and I don't even want to imagine what struggles I would have had to face had the product been wrong or broken.

Absolutely appalling service , paid for goods which have never been delivered. Email’s ignored and not a chance in hell of anybody answering the phone. Avoid this place at all costs .

I was in 2 minds what rating to leave as product is great and reasonably priced, shipping is expensive but good, and communication is terrible. I have left a 3 but think my experience sits between a 3 and 4.
I purchased just 13 knives from military mart on 22 June 2023. I purchased a dozen as shipping costs were high and there was minimal difference between the cost to ship 2 as opposed to 13.
I received an auto response and the website indicated international orders might take a week.
Communication was abysmal.
I ended up hearing nothing for 3 weeks. I had sent about 5 emails without reply and finally had threatened to request a refund with PayPal when I finally received a reply and tracking number.
Once tracking was assigned the shipping company was good and product arrived as described in 7 days.
Not sure why Military Mart couldn't send an email indicating the 3 week turn around from the outset, but I am very happy with the knives and would potentially purchase again, although only ever through PayPal.

Horrible experience - I ordered an item and paid for next day delivery, it came later and not what I ordered! When I wrote to them, they replied that I should send it back at my expense, then they will send me what I ordered! Never shopping at this store again!

I bought an A grade Dutch tent which came just before Christmas. Unfortunately it didn't have any tent pegs. The two poles come in two halves, a top and a bottom. I had three bottoms and one top. Emails have been ignored. When I phone they promise to sort out the problem and then don't do anything.
Now I am out of pocket with a tent I can't use.

"Too much hassle"
My order took over a week to arrive due to the fact they use an awful delivery firm DPD, who said the couldn't find the property which is on a main road and the property has been there since 1961. I don't think I would have got my item if I hadn't sent numerous emails and made countless telephone calls . I should have checked the reviews first which aren't very good ! This happens a lot. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a small canvas tent which when it arrived was covered in dirt. It was described as A Grade but is probably more like a B Grade, I will have to spend ages cleaning it up and reproofing it. I also bough a tin of polish which turned up in a rusty tin, I thought it would be new, but it was obviously a very old tin of boot polish, or stored in damp conditions. On the plus side the postage was quick, but I was disappointed with the products.
