"Do not buy from this seller"

I bought a tent Dutch DPM that was shipped 2 weeks late and also came with badly made rips and seams, sold as grade A but in poor condition, plus full of mold on the fabric.

I also contacted the support via email by sending the photographs as well, and they have not even replied, I strongly advise you not to buy from this seller.

"Disgusting company"

Disgusting company, pure scam, stay well away.
trousers received awful condition bobbled faded covered in hair, complete with an actual snotty tissue in pocket. communication with company non existent through email, social media and calls finally told me to return at my own expense with no apology at all.
Returned over a month ago still no communication or refund. My bank now in process of carrying out chargeback and trading standards informed. do not use!!!!
Oh also did not receive any order confirmation etc so was unsure if it would even arrive. I have evidence of all of this.

"I ordered an A grade tent and was…"

I ordered an A grade tent and was excited to try it out. I expected some odour due to it being old and ex-military, but was really disappointed to see little black dots of mould and mildew all over the interior. As I was checking it, the smell was so bad that I was gagging.

I contacted the company and they tried to tell me that this was normal ageing of the material, which I disputed because of the little cross shaped mildew marks, plus the smell. I doubted myself for a moment and apparently, according to independent websites, PU material is prone to mould and mildew, so I had a bit of support then.

What is really annoying is that there was not a single apology, plus they wanted me to pay for shipping - i.e. £6.50 original shipping AND return shipping!

According to UK consumer law, a customer pays shipping only if they have changed their mind.

That this tent was unusable owing to the mould which I'd be breathing in (not that I could breathe near it as it was so overpowering that I was heaving) deemed the item not as described (certainly not Grade A), and not satisfactory quality.

The company did nothing in terms of wanting to reimburse the original shipping costs or return costs, despite the law saying that if an item is unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, they themselves are liable for return and original shipping costs.

Fortunately, I paid on PayPal and opened a case with all my photographic and written evidence, along with links showing that PU is prone to mould as per independent sources. I decided to take this course of action because trying to tell me that the material was due to age was a red flag. And I didn't see why I should pay postage for an item sold as Grade A which was mouldy. It was full of it.

They finally agreed to a full refund, but did nothing in terms of offering return shipping costs.

Credit to PayPal, you can opt for 'return shipping on us' up to 12 times a year, max £15 each time, so I opted for a next day collection using the most expensive, rapid service of just under £15 just to get this finalised and my refund asap. Return delivery was made the morning after that. PayPal issued a full refund after I messaged with photos of the delivery notification and were great.

What also disappoints is that I am disabled and live in a village with no amenities, so trying to pack this tent (which I'd intended to use in my garden) and spend time repackaging was ridiculously hard. They should have paid for an offered a collection.

To all those who go ahead and order, at least pay with PayPal, or for over £100, a credit card for Section 75 protection. They clearly don't abide by consumer law and have utter disregard for the customer in terms of the inconvenience and lack of quality products.

Not one word of apology was forthcoming; they instead tried to fob me off and make returning difficult and costly, but I don't give in to companies so unscrupulous as this when the law supports my case. Thankfully, their terms and conditions are not trumped by UK Consumer Law and it's good to know that PayPal have your back too.

But I certainly won't be buying from them again. And I definitely don't recommend them.

Update: To say I was surprised when I just saw another review stating that they had received a Dutch tent containing mould - the same issue I had - is an understatement! It goes to show that it isn't just me.

"Poor customer service."

Ordered a stove which came missing a part. Was able to get in touch with customer service on two separate occasions and both times have been ignored after my second email. Have forwarded my emails and sent numerous more since and can not get a reply. Over a month down the line now and looks like I'll just be taking a loss on this particular order.

"Very messy company"

Very messy company. They advertise C or D grade items as A grade, they charge return cost if you want to return the wrongly advertised items even when they claim on phone that you will not be charged return for that reason. Their system is also very messy. First and last time using them. Avoid.

"Quite disappointing experience"

Quite disappointing experience for few reasons:

1) Bought 4 Polish MP5 masks - received French ANP-VP F1 masks instead
2) The A+ condition advertised as "nearly as new" was only true for 2 of the masks - the other two have terrible tint on the visor which has nothing to do with them being as such originally - they are simply due to them being stored for very long time (it took me good 10 minutes trying to clean it but to less than satisfying result)
3) Two of the masks are missing inner drinking rubber tube
4) One of the mask is missing the semi-automatic release clamps
5) Sent the same complains to the company in an email on 17.03.2022 with pictures asking at least to provide the missing drinking tubes and release clamps - not heard a word from them.
I don't think I will make another purchase from them.

"Be very careful before purchase"

Order number 29584-I purchased pair of boots described as Grade A (used but loads of service left). Received damaged and very used. (Have pictures as proof). So I proceeded return request with full refund. After that never heard back. I already sent 3 emails and nothing happened. Now I proceeded case with financial ombudsman awaiting results…

Bought a Dutch army tent from them, supposed to be A1 condition, very poor condition, loads of mould inside, broken zips, had no reply back from them, would have spent loads of money with them, not now, wouldn’t recommend.
