I'm having a terrible time with these guys. Ordered woolen gaiters and they sent odd ones.
The communication since has been abrupt and unhelpful and I'm finding that these guys just can't be trusted. Luckily, this isn't a great deal of money.
Word of advice! Do not, I repeat, do not spend your hard earned cash here!
Edit! I have received the companies reply and never have I been offered the return postage! Despite me asking that question a few times it hasn't been answered!
I did not receive the item the day after! It was 4 days after.
I have no intention of keeping them. I have good relationships and spend a lot of money in other groups and other areas online.
I have also requested a single item to match one of the others. This hasnt been answered either.
So, they tell lies too!
If I wanted to try and keep something without paying, I'd choose something for more than £7.
Don't trust these guys!

Ordered two items after close of play on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. Had a number of e-mails keeping me in the picture and had a delivery time which was spot on.
Pleased with the price, pleased with the items, and very pleased with the service.

My previous review was a little rough I think. So I'm going to edit it. I'm going from 2 stars to 4 stars. I'm doing this because everything but 2 items I have purchased from Military Mart has been very satisfactory. I also doubt that they have the man power or time to check every single item they receive. The items that I recieved that upset me, are repairable. I bought USED!! Maybe that was the mistake in the first place, especially when new was available.
Will I buy from them again? Probably, yes.

"Don't know mask sizes"
Bought a Finnish M61 gas mask. Ordered XL and was sent a size 3. When contacted Military Mart insist size 3 is the largest. So I have been left with a SMALL unusable mask. I have checked and size 1 is the largest NOT size 3. Military Mart dont even have the sizing for their masks correct.

I am shocked to see bad reviews of this store, I have been ordering from this store for about 10 year's and have never had a problem with the people who run it. I have had some issues with items I have ordered but I always just ring them up and it's always been sorted out straight away without an issue. I prefer to talk to a person then send silly emails, I find you can always get a better response dealing with a person. I recently ordered a Hungarian lavvu and received a notification the same night that it would be delivered the next day, and happy to say it was. It was in great condition missing a button but no big deal it is used surplus so to be expected. I have visited the store several times over the years and I find all the staff great, really nice people. To be honest I've found them to be nothing but helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling.
I don't think they can be beaten on price on many items and maybe if you have a problem try ringing instead of emailing I have never had a problem when doing this.
I would definitely recommend this store to people. 👍😁👍

Where to begin? I've bought from military mart in the past and even though shipping can take a few days, I've always been very pleased. Great gear, good prices.
So why one star? Where to begin? Last month, I placed an order with a request for a specific size shirt. Not too complicated one would imagine. Anyway, after two weeks, I contacted them as I got no message, other than an inactive shipping link. I was told that they had taken a while longer than anticipated due to the need to locate the requested size. Fair enough. From here, all went quiet again until I got a paypal notification of a partial refund. There was no description, no message from MM, just part of the order amount as a refund. I asked what was happening, but never got another reply. Eventually, I opened a paypal case (not claim, just an alternative means to contact the seller. No reply either. Than I got a shipping notification and after three weeks the package got delivered. I was a bit frustrated with the whole process and surprised at the radio silence on behalf of MM, but the package had arrived so all good. Well, not quite. Upon opening the package, I found that the shirts had been shipped in the wrong size, despite there being a note with the right size on the shipping label. In addition to this, a dry bag was shipped in the wrong size (small rather than large) and I finally found out why there was a partial refund as there was a note mentioning "out of stock" for one of the items ordered. Upon finding out about the mix-up, I once again attempted to contact MM to see if anything could be done to resolve the issue. No reply. So now I'm stuck with shirts that are too large, a bag that is too small and no recourse. It will not come as a surprise that I will not be buying from MM again and would strongl recommend others to use alternatives too. If you're lucky, all goes well, if it doesn't... MM just ignores you and leaves you hanging.
Oh wow, speaking of throwing some more oil on the fire. I get a semi-apologetic message that they would like to resolve the issue. I reply in a polite manner that I am open to suggestions, refer to a paypal message I also sent and... As expected, absolute silence. It's been over a week now. I've thrown away the shirts that were the wrong size and refuse o waste any more time and energy on this. Do yourselves a favour, buy from a supplier that cares about it's customers!

"Jacket not as described on website-refund a nightmare!"
My son in america sent me the item number of jacket he wanted me to bring over. Ordered and arrived in timely manner. Jacket was not as described on the website with a few inacur-definitley not Grade A. Bits missing and a flap of material hanging on shoulder. No replacement available so told to return it for refund as well as my return postage. Jacket was refunded eventually but still trying to get my return postage. Was told a cheque was sent for half of what it cost me (with receipted proof sent to them)-as thats all they cover. Not even got that yet weeks later! repeated emails asking about my postage go unanswered. They didnt like my repeated and IGNORED messages through facebook and messenger so very childishly blocked me. JUST PAY THE REFUND AND BE PROPER STORE OWNERS !!Bunch of short sighted cowboys in the way they deal with returns-lost a repeat customer. NEVER AGAIN
