This company will charge you completely unethical storage fees for the period of time your equipment is in their possession. If you choose to proceed with a repair, they will continue to charge these storage fees. The repair we were quoted didnt even come with any guarantees. They will not relinquish the item you own without payment of these exorbitant storage fees. Even if your item is the size of a laptop, they will charge you $60/day. We requested the item back on numerous occasions, and it's almost as though they hold it hostage

I want to add another review. I want everyone who reads this to know that this is a horrible , horrible criminal acting company. There are no companies out here worse then this one. How can you say to a customer that we can't fix your device and then say you owe us 600 dollars for storage fees when they never notified me. I would not of had a problem paying a small diagnostic fee for looking at it and trying to fix it. They email me and say you owe us 600 dollars in storage fees and it is 25 dollars more a day. This device is a small oven timer 3 inches wide by 5 inches long. All of the employees are nice until they have your device. Then they try to extort money from you. These people are worse then the 1970's mob. Such a scam of a company. I don't know how the employees even work here and sleep at night. I just can not put into words how horrible and terrible of a company. Anyone who reads this review, please do not do business of any kind with Acme Revival.

"Our clinic purchased a Vista Pump"
Our clinic purchased a Vista Pump, paid for it and an extended warranty. After a couple weeks, we checked on the shipping - it had not shipped. Another couple weeks we tried calling them to find out the hold up - phone number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. We can't cancel the order because it says to call customer service, you call and number says its been disconnected. Stay away.

Tried to order items multiple times and weeks later I would get an email stating my order was canceled no no reason. Reached out to company but they couldnt tell me either. Weird! At least they didnt steal my money I suppose. Company is a joke, I went with Victori Medical Supplies and they were responsive and easy to work with so far.

Do not use this company. They will not refund your money if you cancel repairs. The company is a complete fraud. I paid 500 dollars to get a breast pump repaired, which they reneged on then they would not refund my money.

DO NOT USE ACME REVIVAL IN SHERIDAN COLORADO TO FIX OR REPAIR ANY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT!
I sent them a visual field that was having a software issue, with an estimate of $600-$800 to repair. They sent a shipping tag to have the visual field sent to them. The screen was damaged during shipping, but ACME did not insure the package. Wanted $2000 to fix the screen on top of the initial repair. I declined the repair and the vf was returned. However, they did not return the patient response clicker nor the power cord. Awful company! Beware!

"WORST PLACE EVER"
WORST PLACE EVER. Paid (via bank draft only) to have my chiropractic instrument repaired. 6 months later ...and counting...still do not have it. Try to call and the automated system that will not give any info. Emailed 13 times to probably 10 different people and you get a standard "form" email back that tells me how important my business is and how they strive to make it right...BS!!! So I am out several hundred $$ and no instrument. DO NOT...DO NOT...DO NOT USE ACME REVIVAL!!!

I would give them negative stars if I could. Misleading delivery time, misleading quantity in stock, "live chats" are not helpful, no resolution to any questions. Wasted 4 weeks of time waiting for my product, but they're quick to take your money.
