I have been waiting months for a repair, refuse to return the equipment and refund the money. no return calls and limited response by chat. Feels like a scam or very poor run company. see battling to resolve

This is absolutely a scam operation. I sent an Activator V chiropractic adjusting tool which needed a new circuit board soldered in and was otherwise in perfect working order. They kept it for months, only communicated with me when I asked about it, finally decided they couldn't fix it, and when they finally sent it back, they sent an entirely different unit and stole the battery out of it. I'm glad I "only" lost $350 on a $2,000 tool, but I wish that I had never gotten involved with this group.

Our Welch Allyn Lumiview broke down, and we thought we were going to have to replace the whole thing. Acme Revival took a look and said it was just a fuse and some wiring issues. They fixed it up and even threw in a fix for something else that could’ve become a bigger problem later on. It's rare to find that level of care. Really happy with how they handled everything.

Our VFD blew up and took down part of our HVAC system. I had no idea what to do, so I sent it to Acme Revival, hoping they could work their magic. They found the problem and even suggested some upgrades to make the system run better. I was surprised how quickly they got it done. The whole thing just felt super easy, and now the HVAC runs smoother than before. No complaints at all!

We had this Intelligent Pump UI-22 that’s critical to our operation, and it just stopped working one day. Reached out to Acme Revival, and they were all over it. They got it back to us after fixing some control board issue and even made it more stable. The whole process was smooth, and they kept us in the loop the entire time. The pump’s running better than before!

One of our Siemens PLCs went down, and that’s a nightmare for our production line. I was pretty stressed, but Acme Revival got the unit back in shape way faster than I thought possible. They explained everything in a way that made sense (I'm not super technical), and they didn’t overcharge us. Everything’s back to normal, and I’ll definitely use them again if we run into trouble.
