"I will Never use or trust this company…"

I will Never use or trust this company again. If I was asked, I would say this company appears to be a scam. I had a digital Stethoscope that the power button was not depressing fully anymore. By online chat through Acme's website, they said they believed they could fix my specific item and problem. I mailed in the stethoscope and was contacted almost a week later, saying they had performed a "diagnostic" had determined the problem and could fix it for $224.40. They also make you sign a waiver that, in the fine print, states that they don't guarantee they can fix it, even if they say they believe they can. Then 1 week later I received an email that simply said that my Unrepaired item was being shipped back to me. No explanation on why they couldn't fix it or what they did do or find. They also do not accept phone calls and will only message by email if at all. When my digital stethoscope arrived it was badly cosmetically damaged, the power button was now Missing completely, and it didn't work At All anymore. I reached out to their "customer service" and was told that A)they do not ever provide refunds even if an item can't be fixed. and B) they asked to see proof of the damage and missing button. I sent pictures of the damage and where the button was clearly missing, then they Never responded to my emails again. They are now actively refusing to offer any type of refund or even answer my emails again. I have read of similar experiences and I would recommend, if asked, that you do Not trust them with any of your equipment. They asked me for money after stating they could fix it, then sent it back unrepaired, damaged, missing a necessary piece, and in worse condition. And with no offer of any refund or offer to return my missing button.

"Don't send stuff hear SCAM"

Junk we sent a drone in to be repaired it costed $350 and it's still not repaired we had to tell them what was wrong with it and then they charged us for an extra strong diagnosis and then it took a month and a half to get it back unrepaired and $350 later definitely don't do business with these people because they are not repairing stuff they are charging you and sending it back broke

"Unreliable and dishonest"

I normally don’t do reviews, let alone bad reviews but this needs to be known to anyone who is considering using their services.

Sent in my equipment for repair. They were very responsive at the beginning until payment. One payment received, I only receive an update everytime I asked, despite having an exclusive tracker website for my device.

Upon (finally) returning my device, the job was so bad that the charging port fell off at first use. (When I eventually got another technician from another company to check, the port was just glued on instead of soldered on)

Anyway, I wrote to ACME to inform of the situation, not expecting much from it. I was surprised that they gave me the option to either send it in again or to opt for a refund. I felt grateful at that time and decided to get the refund instead of sending my device in a second time.

As you can guess, this is not a happy ending as week after week I enquired about the refund status, and customer service replies indicate that the refund is being processed and I will be notified. One month later, after multiple assurance, on my fourth reminder, I was sent a long email detailing that I’ve signed a prior agreement to accept the charges etc etc. Mind you, I was OFFERED the option to refund and REASSURED that the refund is being processed.

Needless to say I was taken aback and that was my last bit of patience to this company. At this point, I’m very sure I will not be seeing any refund (or apologies) from the company. Just be wary.

Sent a drill for repair, they could not, told them to toss it, no answer. then a month later a bill for over $500 for "storage", PAID IT , finally. asked for it back, crickets.
000 customer support response now that they got the money.

We rely on some older equipment in our lab that's no longer supported by the manufacturer. When one of our critical devices stopped working, we thought we'd have to invest in a costly replacement. Acme Revival managed to repair the device, sourcing hard-to-find parts and getting it back to us quicker than expected. Their service saved us time and a significant amount of money.

I had a specialized industrial pump that several other repair shops couldn't fix. I was skeptical at first, but Acme Revival proved to be the right choice. They identified a complex circuitry issue and repaired it perfectly. The pump has been working flawlessly ever since. Their customer service was responsive, and the technicians clearly know their stuff.

"Agree with prior reviewer"

Agree with prior reviewer. This company is an absolute scam. Stereo Microscope was returned as repaired and left and right lenses focal length is way different which makes scope unusable. 1 lense matches internal camera focus the other does not. Repeated e-mails failed to solicit resolution.
