"Mein Mann hat mir durch Euroflorist…"

Mein Mann hat mir durch Euroflorist einen Strauß Rosen zum Valentinstag in die Reha geschickt. Leider ließen schon einige Rosen die Köpfe hängen. Schon am nächsten Tag hingen alle Köpfe. Nachdem ich meinem Mann ein Foto von den Rosen geschickt habe, sagte er mir, dass sie nicht mal annähernd der Beschreibung entsprachen. Sehr schade.

But the only problem is..
It is only the 2nd day since my boyfriend received it but there are 5 flowers that are already dying, he is a garden-expert and knows how to take care of plants and flowers but still the flowers are not blooming and instead it is dying.
He even followed first the instructions as it is the right way but it as we checked it today, it didn't help.

"Romance killer"

The flower package which I ordered for the Valentine's Day was simply left by the deliverer at the ground floor although I gave the address exactly as second floor. My wife was at home, and she didn't get the delivery. When I called her, she was upset with me that I didn't something special for the Valentine's Day. My experience with the euroflorist was really a romance killer.

der schlechteste Service den ich bis jetzt mit blumenversand erlebt habe.

Extra express versand ausgewählt damit der Straus am nächsten tag "SICHER" (wie es auf der homepage versprochen wurde) ankommt, es sollte mit dpd verschcikt werden. Blumen kamen mit einem Tag verspätung mit dhl.

Habe einen großen Blumenstraus bestellt, angekommen ist ein blumenstraus von c. 20cm durchmesse und 30cm höhe.... also wenn das groß ist, frage ich mich was bei den freunden klein ist

"No help modifying failed delivery "

Had a delivery scheduled for Feb.14th but it said" failed to deliver and returned to sender". I realized there was a slight error in the recipient name associated with the address. I tried contacting euroflorist customer care via email but 24hrs later zero response, zero help. I'm very disappointed that what's supposed to be an easily fixable error turnt out to be a complicated process for euroflorist. Can't modify your order in the website nor get contact with customer service. They have very poor customer service and support. I am terribly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. I've used various floral delivery services around the world and this is the worst one yet. So much for " German efficiency "

Habe Blumen für Valentinstag bestellt jetzt kommen sie 2 Tage später an super war so nicht bei der Bestellung dagestanden da stand 1 Tag Lieferzeit

Ich habe einen wunderschönen großen Blumenstrauß bestellt.
Leider haben sie den falschen Blumenstrauß geschickt, wie auf dem Foto. Und sie haben einen Blumenstrauß im Wert von 10 Euro geliefert. Es gab sehr wenige Blumen, die nicht auf dem Foto zu sehen waren.
Ich würde diesem Strauß eine 0 geben.

"I placed an Order Week before…"

I placed an Order Week before Valentines just to make sure that it will arrive on time.
It's February 15 now and the flowers are nowhere to be found.
They messed up my entire plan for Valentines day.
I tried to contact their costumer Service but it always lead me to this shitty chat box that doesn't answer your questions.
They don't care. I don't know if I can get a refund or what.

Décevant! Livraison sélectionné pour le 15, et vous comprenez bien l'importance de délai pour ce genre de service, finalement vous décidez de la programmé 3 jours plus tard que la date choisie... Prenez votre temps, je ne reviendrai jamais sur ce site. Quelques soit la qualité de votre bouquet, ce n'est pas à l'heure, c'est zéro valeur.
