Changing the details on the certificate after making a mistake was a lot easier than I anticipated it being

Don't use unless the place your renting has a PRS. My deposits just don't do what they promise. They fail to look at cases and don't go through information properly.
Make sure you use a PRS as they will actually take on issues and do Mydeposits job for them as the staff at my deposits couldn't care less. They want to give bad service. They don't know what their doing and won't make attempts to put things right.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star!! There so far from impartial! - Theve awarded another scum landlord money with such poor evidence compared to mine in a VERY unfair decision! How theve awarded this landlord money with no reciepts, no dated photo evidence and even invoices which have had dates made up is beyond me! My deposits you should be ashamed, your a joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH THEM!!!

DON'T USE MY DEPOSITS! I've been waiting 8+ months for our deposit back due to the Landlord providing zero evidence and I have provided so many pictures, videos, check in report, check out report etc.

Now they haven't replied to any of my emails since 3 months ago and I chase every couple of week.

Absolutely discusting service.

If you are landlord, don't use as you too will have problems and the tenants will blame you. If you are a letting agent, the same applies and you may receive complaints and people coming into the office.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Don't waste your time and money with these jokers. The worst Deposit holding company in the UK. Completely biased to tenants after subletting to 6 people and the property is completely trashed. They refuse to provide any evidence to support adjudicators qualifications and refuse the rebuttals. They don't respond to emails or calls and have the same old message.
