"Fraudulent services"

This organisation (MYDeposits) is expected to be independent and impartial as stated on their website. However, from my experience, this organisation exist to help landlords or agents (who are their members) fraud the tenants of their deposits. The Adjudicator who handled my case did not consider my evidences (both check in and check out) before reaching a decision. The Agent submitted false check-in pictures which the Adjudicator was fully aware of and yet overlooked the false evidences. Instead, he / she still went ahead to find reason within the Agent’s fake evidences to give the agent about half of my deposit. If the tenant was the one who willingly submitted false evidences, will this be overlooked? Or will the rule of disqualifying the tenants’ claims based on false evidences hold? In addition, the Adjudicator stated that he/she could not open my check-out videos (my evidences). These videos were uploaded on the MyDeposits portal (videos are allowed as part of evidence from their website) and they can be opened from their portal / website. If the format of the video was not supported by their website, it shouldn’t open on their portal/website. Moreover, 20 days is sufficient for any Adjudicator to download the free media player if he/she didn't have it on his/her laptop or desktop rather than pervert justice and be biased in their decision. Given my experience as a tenant, this organisation does not judge fairly, they are biased and encourages landlords to be fraudulent and so do not panelise landlords for false evidences/information they willingly submit.

"A proactively promoting landlord…"

A proactively promoting landlord frauds, extremely non effiecient and abusing innocent tenants organisation.

4 months I waited to get my deposit back while there is no penalty to dishonnest landlords for offences.

I believe that the disgusting creature I rent appartment from is not the only case that try to use this ridiculous scheme to frauds trial without any risk of being punished.

The errogant that wrote the silly joke that the deposit should be return to the tenant in 10 days wrongly assumed that tenants owe landlords and that landlond are obviously honest....as I said , ridiculous errogant.
