The tenant was in a rent arrears and other numerous breaches mentioned to mydeposits.

The tenant didn't pay the rent in full and didn't meet the contractual obligations by numerous violations of AST . So the tenant claim should have been declined according to their guide line above.

A contribution of £72 being 60% of the amount claimed awarded to me

How did the Adjudicator work out the cleaning cost to reach this figure ?
Oven cleaning alone costs £60 without the hood (Freezer, flooring, bathroom suite and oven hood needed cleaning)

Also, mydeposits didn't follow the guide lines in their site as above , I suggest that they should remove the guide lines from the site.
The tenant got the last laugh , split the deposit 60 %/40%
The Landlord should seek justice in the court
Mydeposits outcome is unjustified , won't be recommended

These people haven't a clue what tenancy clauses mean; they do not take account of photos/comments on inventories; refuse to investigate or accept any responsibilty for errors; have an arrogant, shoddy and useless complaints service.
