After investing far too many hours into compiling evidence of; photos, tenancy agreements, quotes, invoices, and email promises from our former tenants to fix the breakages (they didn't) for a deposit dispute, Mydeposits took a cursory view of the case and rewarded us with less than half of the costs incurred to fix breakages and clean the carpet.
They also continued to ignore key details of the case as we appealed. A very disappointing experience.

I’m a tenant and raised a dispute with my deposits 3 months ago. I’m still waiting for my deposit back and mydeposits is keeping silence. Last time I called them a month ago, they said they do not know when I’m getting my deposit back and / or what’s going on with it right now. The only thing they said for me is to wait.
