"Very much disappointed in this scheme…"

Very much disappointed in this scheme than at the agent. They made a decision about my case based only on the agent proves and completely ignore my proves despite them being dated. They even increased the amount the agent wanted to retain. I had the believe that this scheme was there to protect us tenant but unfortunately they work with agents. Would rather go to court next time than rely on such a scam.

"Completely useless service"

Completely useless service and it seems like in league with agents. It took 3 months to resolve my case.The adjudicator did not spend much time on my case and they just replied in a rush on the last day they had to reply and there was not much insight in the adjudicator's reply. You just pay your deposit to the agent and then forget about the money as you will never get it back. Sick of these rules and the organisation like mydeposits should be independent and to help tenants. I absolutely do not recommend to use this service.

Bad service, response very slow, if tenant didn’t pay the rent, and didn’t release deposit , you will have very difficult time get the money back towards rent
